Ok, after reading thousands and thousand of Gundam wings Fics it has become rather obvious that there are very few Trieze x Relena Parings (13xR)
So we of the Phonix Freelight Company have decided to remedy this problem by setting up the Ruling Hearts Awards!!!!!!!
So to all of those who are interested, here are the rules and details!!!
1) The fic must be in by the deadline of November the 30th (so you have lots of time!!!!
2) There is no limit in length.
3) The story must be centred around Relena & Trieze, however other malexfemale pairings are allowed.
4) If their are authors who want to mention Heero in Relena's past you are not permitted to just kill him off!!! The Phonix Freelight Company see this as a too easy option and as this is a challenge we tend to make it one. The same goes for Trieze with Lady Ann Une.
5) When entering you must send the title of the fic, the author name and e-mail address as well as a link to the website it is posted at, to the senior judge who's e-mail address is posted at the bottom of the list of details. (however, if you can post it here in the blissfulignorance forum Contest, would be preferable.)
6) When entering you must start the title of your fic with the challenge name and then the title, example: (Ruling Hearts Awards) ___fic title____ or (RHA) ___fic title____ .
7) Series fics must be finish by the deadline. If unable ot do so you will not be qualified to enter your story in the contest. however, if you need a short time extension of the deadline due to special circumstances, you must e-mail the senior judge whos e-mail address is at the bottom of the list of details. Don't forget to give the necessary details when e-mailling them so they know which author and fic they need to give the extension to.
All lemons & Limes are permitted but don't forget it is the quality of the work that is being judge. 9) Alternative Universe is permitted, including the place and time are all up to the author. So if you wanted to you can do it in the 19th Centuary in India. It is all up to you.
10) The Blissfulignorance staff reserves all right to refuse any submission it deems is inappropiae for posting on their website.
11) Submissions are open from today 18 August 2003 to November the 30th at midnight. Any fic enter afterwards is up to the judges to accept or decline at will.
13) The Winner of the Ruling Hearts Award will Recieve a Efficial Certificate created by us, the Phoenix Freelight Company.
