I just started watching anime, a friend forced me to watch Full Metal Panic, and of course I quickly became addicted. Who wouldn't? Now I'm in the middle of Gundam Wing, but have already fallen in love with the H/R ship (do you call them ships here? I'm a Harry Potter fanfic addict and that's how we refer to our fav. pairings)

Well, when I asked where to find good GW fanfics she promptly pointed me in the direction of this site. Actually come to think of it, it was more of a grabbed me, dragged me to a computer and signed me up kind of thing. I was just going to lurk around and read some fanfic, but apparently; "the people are soooo cool! You just HAVE to sign up!!!" --direct quote

Mostly we just call them 'pairings' here; it's 'ships' everywhere else.

I'm a bit into HP fandom myself, but not TOO much. to be honest, I never could get into the popular HarryxGinny ship. I like RxH, though.

Anyway, for further reference, I am Cherry, and I welcome you. I'm not really an expert at anything like the other peoples here... well, that is unless you count Buffy. I'm the self proclaimed resident Buffy genius here, but that has nothing to do with anime.

There are some things you should know first before anything else.

1. MBF is strange. Loveable, hilarious, but strange. She's my sister so I can say that. And no there is no family resemblence. ^_^

2. Beer is to be feared. Not just the drink but the person. He's an Englishman who lives in Yorkshire and he likes to ravish. Beware.

3. Wild Cherry Capri Sun is addicting.

4. Do not write something that Rose likes for fear of a caddle prod or Noodle of Death. Luckily I have not had the presence of mind to write something she'll like. ^__^

5. You are not to believe anything that one else says about me. Unless it's the good stuff. ^_^

No really, welcome! We are a tad insane and it seems we've affected your friend if she's dragging you over to the computer to make you sign in. Apparently she rocks.

Coolios another FMP fan. I've been addicted to that series since early last summer when Wardove sent me the series before many knew even what the hell it was.

Its always good to see more 1xR fans, makes me all choked up

Do not fear, as I was reading your posts I took notes and will always remember that:

Noodles of Death, while may not sound scary are in fact the most frightening thing, and must be avoided at all costs.

Must always be aware of Beer; the one who lives in England and ravishes, and the kind that belongs to Ninja.

Never read anything by MBF while drinking/eating as it will most likely come out my nose.

Relena is not to be paired with anyone other than Heero for fear of said Noodle of Death

Trowa belongs to wickedchild_md, who also kidnaps bishi's.

Cherryflavored1R knows all about Buffy, and likes HP and R/Hr (yay!)

And Beck writes lemons (as I read some 'n I like 'em )

I'm suddenly overcome with the need to go out and buy some wild cherry capri sun, so I must stop here.

Well, don't hate me Athena, but I'm more of a H/G Hr/R shipper, but I'm open to other stuff too! Ginny was just too cool in the fifth book, I couldn't help but decide she was my fav. character (side from Fred and George of course) I'll have to check out your fics though, I'm always up for a well-written HP fic, no matter the pairing. I actually haven't written any HP fics, just can't get the personalities right.

Well, again I'm rambling on toward no purpose, so I'll be off now.
