i have a question

okay my question is how do you get a pic to show under your name? sry if it has nothing to do with fic...but its really bugging me and no one has answered. Please help!

I didn't have an avatar under my name for the longest time, too. No worries, though. Once you get one, you'll be changing it from time to time.

It's like this: At the very bottom of your Profile page (where you may edit your email, location, etc), there's a section called Avatar Control Panel. Click the button Show Gallery, and a page will come up, with the avatars on it. Cycle through the galleries with the drop down menu. When you find one you like, select it, then click the button Select Avatar. After doing that, it should take you back to your edit profile page. Your avatar should show up in the control section now, if all goes well.

The last step is to hit Submit to finalize your changes.

See? Not too bad, once you get to know it.
