Hey ladies and....what few gents there are...

Some of you might already know this, but I'm a retired writer lookin' for a way to stay connected. ^__^

You want a beta? A harsh beta? I'm there. I can stomach some things...Like alternate pairings, but I think it's best (for my health) if I tackle 1xR only.

Why have you retired Melville? Did sanity finally catch up with you?

When I write the next part of 3 little words, could I perhaps count on you and mayve Ryan too to pre-read. If I ever do write it, the other cgaps weren't to good so I might just start on a few one-shots, or ignore Gundam all togther and mock everyone. Hm
Have you had your recommended daily allowance of ravishing? 8)

I believe in love stories but despise romances.

I want to write fics that slap all the standard fanfiction conventions around the face with
a wet fish and call them Betsy ~ me to Wicked.

That just sounds funny to me. ^__^ No, really. Say it. It just...sounds so odd...

I'm going to tell you all what I told someone else who PM'd me:

I can take on whatever you send me until whenever school starts. (which I'll tell you when you hand me stuff! ^_^)

When that happens, (i.e....when school starts) don't expect to see me on BI. I'm serious. I officially retired when I found out my sched. for the summer and when I found out my semester hours...*thud*

You have no idea what these FIVE AND A HALF years are going to take out of me...

So instead of (and I think I chose wisely) RUSHING to finish ALL my fics (at the HIGH risk of them sucking to a point that pisses me off), I'm going to take a "leave of absence"...or something.

I WILL be back one day...*gulp* I think...Maybe I won't, maybe I will. It's all I can do just to get by right now...I can't possibly write. I know y'all think that's a hot mess, but really. I have way too much on my plate right now.

*kicks her plate*

And, taking my health into consideration, *pounds on her chest and coughs* I was going to have to take a little vacay anyways. ^__^


Sis, I could be on hiatus. I'll see when next summer roles around. ^__^ Though I will DEFINATELY be seen around winter break, spring break...you know...the breaks.

As it is, *prays* I have FULL weekends, too. CAN YOU DIE? I can. *grumbles*

School? You mean like college or university. What are you studying.

I'm at university and I still manage to write, I think you are overestimating it. University is a time to get drunk (so not much diferent from any other occupation in England) so I would hold off your plans about uni until you get there. Trust me. :D

Beer, I know what I know.

Let me just push this to you...

I have classes starting at 8 AM, I get a 30 minute break for lunch, and then classes from 1 to 9 three nights a week. (the other days, I go to work at 7 and go back to school for a class at...1 or twelve...I can't remember which...)

The rest of the time, I'll be working to PAY for the dang university.

*points to another line about vacation*

Also, there's this thing called convocation...*faints*

I don't know if you guys know about it, but I have to get hours of basically people talking...60, to be exact. We don't have chaple (THANK YOU, LORD!!!!! You've been good to me!!!! ^__^) But we have a MANDATORY lecture for convocation called: "Preaching seminar"

I know I can't start judging this early in the game, Beer, but I'm being practical. I have a shimatta load of classes, AND private lessons. *looks at schedule* I STUPIDLY signed up for 2 academic classes this year...Though English will be a breeze. ^__^;;; Took it before. :-P

I HATE MATH.

That said, I'm off to fly away in the night...into....into the night....afternoon...into the afternoon....

That looks like a tough schedule, MBF! Mine starts at 7:00 am during monadys and thursday, but I have to wake up by 3:30 am because my university's a two-hour ride away from home.:pale:
