Drabble Challenge: NEW!

<b>Notice:</b> The first challenge for the drabble will be closed in 3 days unless someone suggest otherwise.

The next idea for the challenge will now be up to any of you. The only catch is that, the next person to have their challenge idea posted should be the first person to PM me their idea. Got it? Good! I hope you gusy have some good challenges to offer us!

This is an idea i borrowed from one of my LJ community featuring
drabble challenges. I tried it out for the first time and found it
very entertaining and a great practice for writers.


The Rules:

the drabble must be 100 words but i'll loosen it and will allow
people to go over another 20 words if necessary but i suggest you
keep it as close to 100 as you can. this is after all, a practice
in discipline. any pairings will do but please post the rating,
title, pairings, and word count on the top of your fics.

this is also another form of a challenge. anyone can issue the
challenge for the drabbles but to create a semblance of order and not
crowd the list with too many challenges all at once, i will choose
the person who get to issue it next. everyone will get to suggest
their own awesome challenges of course but it will be in the order i
assign it. fair? send me a private message for your challenges.

write a drabble about any character's last. Their last dance, last
night, last drinking binge, last kiss, last time wearing a thong,
last breath, last words, last sexual experiment using
muffins...etc...etc. you get the idea? good. now get to it! hehe.

yes, this is just the challenge post. you have to post your drabble in the forum but must add "the drabble challenge" to your title to let us know that you have taken it up.

only 100 Rose. that's the challenge. it's an exercise that will discipline your own writing. very fun and challenging.

* scratches head * It was hella hard, though. I don't know how I managed it... o.O

But fun! I forgot to say fun... it really tested my choosing of words carefully without losing any effectiveness. Brilliant challenge!

I just got a question: can I write more than one answer to a challenge?

I'm not sure if I will, but it's a question that applies to everyone else, as well.

this is such a great practice in discipline as i also learned when i first wrote my drabble. it was so frustrating and yet fun.

i can't wait to read them!
