The war has been tough and brutal with no side wanting to give it up. Each man dose there duty and most don't come back.

Heero and the guys head out on patrol near the Lagrange point with the Radier team as back up. "Hey Trowa...you ok?" asked Duo "Yeah...It's just hard to see my little girl chosse a guy like Christian." replied Trowa "look on the bright side of this...we know the kid and atleast he's not inbred." said Duo as Radier came on the com and said "That's not funny Duo."

Suddeny Heero cut in and said "Enemys" as they ran into a group of Virgo mobile dolls head on with a carier in the back. Heero and Zechs charged in as the others begain to fire, both Zero and Epyon sliced there way into the enemy force and as they took out the carier the Virgos kept moving. "That wasn't the command ship?" said Zechs as they heared over the coms Martion troops cheering as they brought out there new warship from the far side of Mars. A look of sheer horor came on the faced of the two gundam teams as Raider remembered from when he was an OZ commando the hell he went through fighting it. "Lidra" said Duo as it aprouched the Lagrange point. Raider with his twin gatling guns charged the massive ship as they heared Gotto come on and say "Fire" as Libra fired it's main cannon.

The beam of light incinerated everything it touched even Raider who without even thinking charged at it shooting his way through the Virgos to get to it. Quatra was shocked as he saw the RX-79SF Gundam comsumed to ashes and said "We need to retreat." "Not til we gather up his remains...I'd be damned if we leave with out something to bring back." said Wu Fai.

The Remaining Raider members and the Gundam pilots left with what they could gather of there fallen comrad and returned to Peacemillion and let his son Christian know how his father gave his life. Christian who was upset put his fist through a locker door and said "I want to know who killed him...I want his head..." Trowas son Brian was with him and said "I don't know...but now isn't the time for that." Christian said bitterly "The hell it isn't".

A week later the Peacemillion returned to Earth to bery Lt.Col.Thomas Quontrel, Commanding officer 2nd squadron 666th mobile special forces group. Ordwin, Julian and the boys had the task of being the Honor Gaurd for it as Zechs presented his wife Silvia Noventa Quantrel a folded flag as the 21 gun salute comenced. It reads on his head stone Thomas Quantrel, Devoted husband, Loving father, Noble solgier.

Trowas daughter Jessica stayed at Chtistians saide as the pain and feelings of helplessness fill him and the thought of why he wasn't the one.

The war was taking a turn for the worst as ESUN units are wiped out and Martion troops aproch Earth. Each one has to come to terms with the loss of a man who was a friend, a brother, a father, a husband, a hero.

wow that was sad....short, and sad.....*sniff* poor Christian....all alone with only his mom and Jessica....hope something funny comes up soon...or u'll have me in tears real soon.... .....IT'S BRILLIANT!!! and i cant wait to read the next part....
