Howdy ya'all!

I know I joined a couple years ago, but I'm only now discovering new catacombs and crypts all over Blissful. I only recently arrived at the Introductions Forum. I'd love to shout out my existence from BI's rooftop if ya'all don't mind...I know I'm really late for an introduction; sorry!

I'm the Angry Angel and I am an avid reader of Gundam Wing fanfiction. Which is my most favorite anime ever. And no, I'm not really angry, I just like the alliteration and opposite-ness between those two words---angry and angel. I love Heero and Relena as a couple, and most especially I love Trowa.

My favorite stories ever are Cynehelme by kmf and Human Nature from Goddess Moon; and anything--ANYTHING--by Kysra.

Let's see, what else? Ah'm a corn-fed Midwestern girl hacking it out in KC. My few but precious belongings include one very fat, Fat-cat, and a little red, hot rod ride which I call 'The Communist'. My apartment is dubbed 'Oz' which I got from The Wizard of Oz-- why, because I live so close to Kansas, of course!

I am a university student and hope to push for a living in international relations. Learning foreign languages, cultures, and customs is my favorite route of study. I do English, Japanese, Spanish, and German, and hope to eventully put Russian under my belt.

Other things I love to do include reading, shopping, dancing, watching movies, and listening/talking with other people~~ I'm a good listener, so if anyone's having even a slightly edgy day, I want to know all about it. :hug: Drop me a line anytime

As a newbie, I'm still just checking out the forums...>.<, i found the introductions by stroke of glimpsing luck. Without a doubt, Gundam Wing the the #1 anime series in my life...there's just too much to say and too much depth all around...not to mention no limits to a fangirl's mind XD.
Impressive you can speak several languages!
I'm not much of a traveller, but I go where I need to be.

Gundam Wing is the best indeed! I love its seriousness and the symbolism....it's not _too_ over the top like some other series. Just a little bit over the top :wink:

Wow, AA, your'e so accomplished. :eek: It's cool that we're interested in the same languages... I know quite a bit of Spanish (this explains the language exchange in our PMs! Hehe) and am trying to teach myself Japanese. Also, I grew up hearing a lot of Portuguese and Russian in the house (I'm part Portuguese and my mother majored in Russian). However, I'm not particularly good at speaking either language. :???: One day I hope to master them, so maybe you and I can converse in Russian a few years from now. :D

And you're from the Midwest? Me toooo, but not anymore. I love Missouri... good ol' St. Louis. :love: Have you ever been to a place called Johnson & Shut-ins? It's pretty much my favorite place in Missouri.

I am familiar with St. Louis, and yes Missouri is fabulous, though I've never heard of/been to Johnson & Shut-ins. I'm just a little state hopper. Watch when I transfer next fall to Saint -Lou-ay, KC will put my name on the lynching list for "switching sides" :-P

Did you know that KCMO and UMKC have like more KS Jayhawk fans than MU Tiger fans?! Really! What was I thinking?! I've gotten in big trouble round here quite a bit because when I see a Jayhawk logo, or hear the word from an eager fan <.< I go involuntary apesh*t on people...???Atacales!!!....they don't get that that's what happens when an individual from the nest of the MU Tigers sets up shop in one of their pow wow sites....:dunno: hahahaha.

My Dearest Beta Reader, I just found another commom factor between us,

I am also going for International relations. I am very much in love with learning languages, cultures and customs...infact this is my passion! I speak Hindi, Gujarati (a dialect from India), will be taking Japanese in college, took German for four years and can speak/write English very well if I may say so (of course my stories will be better with your help! *_* :bounce: ) Oh man!!! you don't know how ecstatic I am to know another person who is also aiming for the same thing I am and is also a great fan of my most favorite anime in the world. *_*

YOSH! also I want to learn Polish first, since I have a greater chance of learning it than Russian, yet rest assures Russian is so tottally on my To-Learn and Visit list.

GO Heero-Relena! Go Trowa! Go International Relations!

Those Hindic languages...that is fascinating. And awesome. Go you! I wouldn't mind learning a thing or two about Punjabi or Siraiki....although those may be more West India/Thar Desert/Indus River/Pakistan rather than India-India...but I would _definitely_ like to talk to you someday.

I'm so glad we have a lot of common ground~ this is going to be perfect.
