You?re the Only One Prologue/Preview

Hey, Leiko here. This is my first FMP! fanfic and I am kind of nervous. This isn't really a chapter, but it is the opening to a fanfic series I want to write. I decided to give you all this teaser to see how you would react to it (and partly because I haven't seen any new fanfics for a while.) Although you don?t have to, some feedback would be nice. So, without any further yapping, here is my fanfic. Cue the Disclaimer:

<b><I>You?re the Only One: Teaser</b></I>
There he goes, acting all serious and superior. Kaname glared across the gym at the brown-haired, gray-eyed youth as he lifted the weights, his muscles flexing and relaxing beneath his damp shirt. Kaname was aware that she was not the only one staring at Sousuke, and this ticked her off even more.
?Look at him lift those?isn?t it amazing?? a hushed, giggly voice whispered.
?I know?I?d give me left leg to be that dumbbell ,? her friend answered. Both girls nearly collapsed in hushed giggles. Kaname spun around, nearly knocking the taller of the two girls over. ?You can?t be serious!? How can you even stand to look at the gun-waving freak? Do the smart thing and get as far away as you can from this guy!?
?You don?t seem to have a problem looking at him, Chidori,? a soft, menacing voice said.
Kaname narrowed her eyes at the girl before her. ?Hello Aiko,? she said icily. The two girls that had been watching Kaname had stopped, not making a sound, to watch the two girls.
Aiko took a step forward, smiling at Kaname. Aiko was a new student to Jindai, and the only student ever to have caught as much attention and admiration as the school?s famed Kaname Dossier. Aiko smiled and stared down a few inches at Kaname with dark green eyes-eyes that made everyone who looked into them think that they were nothing but scum beneath Aiko?s feet. Gracefully tossing back a few strands of dark, silky hair she flicked her eyes over to where the clueless Sousuke was working out.
?I don?t blame you, Chidori. He is the most delicious thing that you have at this small town school. Aren?t you the lucky one. After all, doesn?t he stalk you? Kaname Chidori, the prettiest girl at Jindai High,? she said, her eyes returning to Kaname.
Kaname glared back, her fists clenching. Many more people had stopped to watch, unsure of what was going to happen. They had seen Kaname beat people, especially Sousuke, to a pulp before but this was new territory. All the guys were about three seconds from falling to their knees and begging for a cat fight.
?Shouldn?t you be off running over kittens in your limousine?? Kaname shot back, aware that it was not her best work.
?So you are avoiding the topic of Sousuke? How interesting,?
?It is not interesting! He is just a freak stalker, that?s it! I am only here to make sure he doesn?t blow the place up!?
?I bet you can make him jump his sweaty self off of that work-out machine in a moment,?
???
Aiko winked. ?Alright, I will do it.? in a sudden motion she swung a fist towards Kaname?s face. Before anyone could blink Sousoke had leaped across the room, catching Aiko?s fist in his hand. He then attempted to spin it to knock her to the ground, but she was to quick. Her other hand came up to grab Sousuke at the elbow. Using pressure she forced him to his knees. It all happened in a little under three seconds. Kaname had fallen back in astonishment, Sousuke wore a look of complete surprise, and Aiko simply smiled.
After a moment she released him. ?I had expected better than that, Sousuke,? she said softly, her voice to innocent to be coming from those pouted lips.
Sousuke stood, dusting himself off. He did not help Kaname up. Instead he turned to face Aiko with an unreadable expression. ?Where did you learn that, Kobayashi??
Aiko smiled and stepped forward. She put her lips just next to his ear and whispered. ?Call me Aiko. Maybe I will tell you later, Sousuke. Till then, work on you form-it was disappointing?? she then leaned back, smiling, and spun. She left the group stunned to silence. Kaname finally helped herself up, her eyes burning holes into the back of Sousuke?s head.
?What a..a?? she growled, but no one was listening. But even in the silence, it was only Kaname who heard what Sousuke said next.
?Aiko??

Oooh, someone bested Sousuke's combat skills? This is interesting, I can't wait to see where it's going...
