Possesion 1/? Itachi x Sakura (R for now)

Sakura was usually a patient person, she had learned after enduring Naruto since their gennin days, but this ?examination? was quickly testing her limits. The medic-nin sighed in frustration; whatever Tsunade was investing back there she sure was taking her sweet ass time. Aside from the cold fingers sporadically poking at Sakura?s lower back she constantly let out ?hmm? and ?oh?s and they were driving her insane. After a half an hour check up the Hokage tapped her on the shoulder signaling that she cut put her shirt back on.

Jumping off the examining table she reached for her black mesh top wishing she had something else to cover the mark. Damn. She would have to stop by her locker at the hospital and pick up a shirt to go home in; she did not want to answer to Saskue or Naruto if they saw her new ?mark?.

?So did you figure anything out?? she asked hoping that her sensei would live up to the great reputation of being the best medic-nin. Following the Hokage they walked back into her main office locking the door behind them. Yup this was it, her life as a medic-nin was over, she had sealed her fate and she could only hope that Tsunade would have mercy on her. The much older woman reached for her sake bottle and rubbed her temple then dragged her hand down her face drinking straight out of the bottle.

Mentally she cursed the alcohol her sensei drank; I will never drink sake again.

?Well first things first, I?m sure that you?ve recognized the resemblance to the Sharingan.?

?Hai.? That was the first thought that run through her mind when she discovered it this morning.

?Although this tattoo seems to be slightly different the resemblance is uncanny.?

?Tattoo?? No memory of getting poked by little needles ran through her mind, well only the one of getting her ANBU symbol and her arm was sore for hours until she caved and healed it. But this mark was administered in an entirely different way and just thinking about it made her entire body burn.

?Hai, it appears to be a tattoo, there is no evil intent in the chakra that surrounds the area but it still feels alive, as if it hasn?t followed through with what it was supposed to do. Nothing is sealed there, your body seems to have accepted it and not reacting to it negatively to it. And believe me whoever did this little job for you made sure that it was permanent.?

?They were also very powerful for it to still be reacting this way. It didn?t really approve of me trying to remove it.? Taking another drink of her precious sake she eyed her pupil carefully; ?I must say Sakura you have a weird way of getting yourself into trouble.?

Hanging her head she sighed, the impending doom near, it was time to face the music even if it meant her career. Did she say permanent? Damn now she felt like some cattle being branded against her will. Here goes nothing, she lifted her head up and faced her sensei. But before she had the chance to begin she was interrupted.

?Please Sakura, be a doll and explain to me why my most trusted pupil has a tattoo on her lower back that resembles the Sharingan and why Itachi was seen spotted in the same village you were visiting and yet he didn?t seem to make it in into your report.? Her tone was harsh and she new she was in deep shit.

Damn you Itachi?..you?re going to pay.

Okay I?m horrible this started off as a one shot in my head and morphed into something different. The tattoo will be described later.
