Dude, Wolfe is a ninja! He's got like the Sharingan and he hypnotized me! He used his Seduction no Jutsu on me! I'm not a ninja therefore I was unable to properly defend!

And it was easy to get sidetracked by the enemy when you're constantly intrigued by him/them. Not to mention the whole, not getting out much. Being the favorite and all that does take its toll.

Aw Puppy, just be happy that two of the letters in your nickname aren't two other letters. I mean that would be downright cruel and unjust and not true. Right? ^_^

Hey I said it was untrue and unjust and cruel did I not?

Most likely the girls just like to scratch your head and think you're adorable with all the exuberance of a puppy.

Either that or there's something about your personal life (see: S&M) that we don't know about. But if the girls know about it...does that make you a pimp? I mean a puppy with a bunch of goddesses at his beckon call? Intriguing....

*Snickerfitting* Wicked, -you- should plot with Jackie! That would be just too funny...

I don't know. The Paladin in this story seems to be very calm and suave-- and more than a bit of a flirt. It could easily get on one of the girl's nerves as they're on the mission, and I just randomly pictured a conversation between (any) two of the girls, like...

*Frowns after Agent Paladin as he walks away* "...Puppy."
"What?"
"...He's like a Puppy. That's it."
"*Blink* You're kidding. How in the world does he remind you of a Puppy?"
"Well, he's young and overconfident, kind of like a puppy, the way they'll jump headfirst into anything. And he thinks he's just the most charming thing in the world and he can get away with anything."
"...Okay, yeah, you've got a point. Puppy, huh?"
"Yup. Besides, if we call him that, it's bound to get under his skin."
"*Grins* I like the way you think."
