Anniversary Surprise 1/2

Alrighty then. Here's another idea I got while drinking soda on the couch watching My Wife and Kids. Enjoy!


Relena ran through the front door, up the stairs, down the hall, took a right, and then another, until she finally reached the bedroom door. She brust into the door almost knocking it down and ran to the closet. She threw it open and searched from top to bottom for what seemed like an hour until she gave up. She sunk to the floor sighing. Her fifthteen anniversary was in one more day and she still couldn't find out where Heero had hidden her present. Every year he would give her something special like last years ,one carrot diamond ring with his and her innitials inside. Not only could he hide himself but also presents. No wonder her children couldn't find anything when ever a special holiday approched.

"Mom what are you doing on the floor?" Asked a tall brown haired, blue-eyed boy who looked about 15.

"Oh nothing Adin. Where's Meah(pronounced Mia) and Adrian?"

Adin shrugged his shoulders and laughed. "Your looking for dad's present aren't you?"

"What do you know about your father's present?"

"Nothing." And with that said Adin ran down the hall with his mother calling after him.

Relena walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water when Heero came in and kissed the top of her head.

"What's wrong? Is everything okay? Oh no, what did Meah do this time?"

Relena smiled and shook her head. "It's nothing. You know Meah would really thrash at you if she knew that you thought every time something is wrong, it's because of her."

"But it is her everytime."

"She gets it from you. She's always in trouble."

Heero smirked and kissed her. He was about to walk out of the room when Relena asked, "Heero you do know what tomorrow is right?"

Heero turned around and smiled. "How could I forget?"

Relena smiled.

"The big game is on tomorrow!" Heero said with a big grin.

KATHUNK

"Relena? You didn't have to fall off your chair if you were that excited."

"Oh my god! He actually said that? I can't believe him. The nerve!"

"I know! It's like after fifthteen years and he has finally forgotten our anniversary!"

Relena and Hilde were talking on the phone later on that evening.

"Well this is actually a real surprise for me. Heero is not the type of person to get careless, unlike Duo. Hey I know what you can do. Ask your children to remind him and ask him what he got you. I always ask Solo to do it for me. In the end, I always hear the car screeching out of the driveway."

"That makes me kind of sound low. Asking my children to help me out."

"Nah it isn't. Hey, what's the reason they're here anyway?"

The two women shared a laugh and hung up.

"Adrian!"

In less then two seconds, a little blonde haired, blue-eyed, 10 year old came running into the room.

"Yes Momma?" He said panting.

Adrian was the youngest and the only blonde haired kid that Relena had. He was also one of the smartest and fastest out of the three kids. Meah, 13 years old, who looked just like her brother, Adin, was a trouble maker and very popular with everyone and caught most of the boys attention but they never seemed to catch hers. She was also smart too but....she had to really try to show her intelligence. Adin was the oldest and looked just like Heero, he was really atheltic and was also very popular among the girls and unlike Heero, he enjoyed them almost as much as Duo.

"Adrian honey, could you do me a favor and go down stairs to daddy and just try to give him hints about tomorrow. You know what tomorrow is right?"

The little smiled showing one tooth missing from the top front row and nodded his head up and down.

"It's the day you and dad got married."

"Yup. Now do you think you can do that for me?"

Before she could get a response, he was already downstairs looking for his dad. Relena walked over to her computer and got on to Ebay.

"Good that auction for the autographed boxing gloves signed by Ali is still here." She planned on winning the auction and getting those gloves for Heero for her anniversary surprise. Heero loved boxing.

Heero too was on the computer when he heard thumping sounds coming downstairs.

"Daddy? Whatcha doing?"

"I'm trying to win something."

"Why?"

"Because I really want this item and I only have 2 min. left before it's over."

"Is that important?"

"Yes very."

"Just like you and mom's marriage."

"Just as much....why?"

"Oh just wondering."

"Aww come on!"

"What? What's wrong?"

"I lost the bet to....SexyHoneyHairedAngel..."

"....okay....you lost today and...your going to lose to tomorrow."

"What?"

"Never mind." Adrian started walking up the stairs when Heero stopped him.

"Did you just call me a loser?"

"No i'm just saying."

"Oh and I'm just saying that your grounded."

"What?!"

"You heard me."

Adrian gave a loud sigh and walked up the stairs. Before passing away from Relena's room, he stopped and peaked through the door.

"So what did your father say?"

"I'm grounded."

"What? Why?"

"Because he's a loser....don't tell him I said that." He walked to his room and slammed the door. Later Heero came upstairs to join Relena to sleep.

"So Heero, very important day tomorrow."

"Yup, I've got a golf match with Congressman James to talk about the security changes for the new colony and I hate golf but i'm not going to let that stop me!"

Relena fell off the bed.


This was acutally suppose to be one story but since it's probably going to take two posts then that's what i'll do. I promise to get the last part up tomorrow and I'll keep working on my Lonely Outlaw. Relpy's please!

Heh. Hilarious good times. I love it! Never would have thought Heero to be such a sports nut. Hope Meah shows up in the next half.

Aw, this is really cute so far. I can just picture Heero hitting the golf ball onto another continent. Anway, great job and I can't wait for the second half.
