Memphis - challenge!!!!

Hey all, got another got another proposition for you. I was listening to the song by Pam Tillis called "maybe it was memphis." Now, perhaps you arent familiar with this song, but you should be, becasue its nice, lol. Anywho, I got to thinking . . . why not post a SONGFIC challenge for this song? Now, as I prefer it to be longer than 1,000 words (or at), I will allow for that to include the song lyrics. However, the top three that I feel best personify the characters with consideration to the song and its meaning will have a link put on my MySpace webpage to the story, or it can be posted as a blog topic - the writer chooses! In addition I will also send out a bulletin and and email to all of my friends urging them to check 'em out. The time limit will be from now through 2 WEEKS!! The number one story I pick will also be allowed to continue it as a series if they choose to, in which case I will continue to post links to each chapter on my webpage and send out a bulletin and emails for each chapter. So get ready, start your clocks, and may the best author win!
