This was originally written as a Christmas giftfic for Lauren. I wrote it with Heero and Relena in mind, so thought I could post it here. Hope you all like it!

So urgent and explicit

This pleasure, unconquered

We move along, you and I

Together in synchronicity

Fire tongues dancing

Across weathered, blind walls

In silence, the stars sleep

Relieved of their relentless vigil

We hide selfishly from others

Treasuring these moments

Limited, frozen in time

Everlasting in our hearts

They seek enviously

through darkened halls

Greedy in their quest

There's no access though

to this oblivion we are in

Under bright moon and

Jealous, unseeing eyes

We'll hold each other

For minutes on end

Together until dawn

When once lidded, blind eyes

Become unfolded and clear

Intruding pass lit walls

Once a reverent silence

Now shattered and broken

Until we meet again, love

Another night, another moon

Fire tongues once again renewed

For this night has ended

And the veil, withdrawn

Andrea, your poems are just amazing! The fluidity, the eloquence, it is always beautiful with just a kiss of sadness intertwined. I loved it.

I've been reading many poems posted by people here on BI and not many of them contain the emotions we want to see wrtten down so eloquently.

I've been a long time fan of anything you ever write.
Ocassionally, if the fics are really good, I print them out so I can take them when I travel and have no computer nearby. Reading them over and over makes you really appreciate the people who make such things possible!!
