Title: What's Missing From Every Stereotypical Gundam Wing Fanfic (DC #11)
Rating: PG
Genre: absolute seriousness, die hard situation, a hypothetical: what would you do? scenerio
Word Count: 129. I cheated, but it's for a good cause, and I couldn't edit anymore.
AN: because somebody had to do it.
"Oh my god," she suddenly proclaimed.
"Delayed reaction?" he asked, refering to the fact that they had been stranded in a forest, miles from civilization, with no means of communication. He felt fine about the situation, knowing that his pack, always carefully prepared for an emergency situation, had everything they could possibly need.
"No," she whispered, blushing and avoiding eye contact. "I'm on my period."
A tampon was suddenly in her field of vision. She blinked, as though not connecting his outstretched hand and the female product together.
There was a pregnant pause and an expectant look.
"They hold large amounts of water, and are rather sufficient in cleansing the water of dirt particles and other debris," he supplied.
"Heero," she sighed, and he tilted his head. "You're incorrigible."

He-he-he.... That's embarrassing, really! A guy thinking of something like that... Eww!! Has he any clue how disgusting that is?!?!?! Think about it!!

i can never stop laughing from this. the rest of her work is great too.

morrighan: the actual inspiration for this was from one of the first episodes of full metal panic: the main male character (who looks and acts like Heero, only MORE clueless, if possible) is teased about needing to carry around a condom so he can fit in infiltrating a high school. he brushes it off, saying that he's used one before, making his comrades gape, and then he proceeds to tell them that they can hold up to 2 liters of water in emergency situations. ::sweatdrops::

Yes, Sousuke IS quite an idiot when it comes to NORMAL social situations. He's SOOO dense... Even more so than Heero, which is quite a miracle.
I have the first manga volume of FMP!, but I haven't seen any episodes yet.

Accually the one you should be blameing is Dr J. He was the one who trained Heero in the particulars of surviveal training. So it was likely the late Dr. that came up with the tampon idea.
