Now that you're back with us and playing catch up, what is the status of your FMP! fics? Please tell me Stella finished beta-ing the last chapter of Dinner and Dessert, and it's ready to post. Likewise for Falter.

I should soon have a Sousuke poem to lay at your feet as a bribe. Once I see if anyone on the other board has info about Kaname's family, I'll start my next story, as time permits. I swear, graduate school is where you spend more time working than at a full time job, and get paid peanuts in comparison.

I'm almost done with chapter 4! Unfortunately, I made some revisions to it on Thurs and lost them *grumbles*, but I think I can get it done today or tomorrow.

Oh, I have some things written and planned for Falter, but I'm a little stuck on the SxK part. I need to work through a plan for that, and then we'll see a chapter 2.

For the poetry, I already delivered my bribery. See my post "Thoughts of You." Just for some reason, this software totally ignores indentation, which is sorta needed for poetry, hence the link to ff.net.

And I've got some ideas floating around for another two fics. One picks up right where the first season ends, with Kaname missing her plane, and Mithril comandeering her sister, father and herself to protect them, using Kurtz' philosophy of it's easier to protect them if you know them.

The other one regards what I noticed in Ep 3 of Fumoffu. Highlight upcoming text to see, so I don't spoil someone. Well, at the end of the episode, it seemed Sousuke wasn't quite so clueless about the whole emotion thing, in his own bizarre way. Of course, the closest sources of advice are Kurtz and Mao, and you can imagine what happens when his um, direct approach meets her cynicism. Honestly, I don't plan on using the rest of the Urtz team as comic relief, but that just seems to be the relationship Mao and Kurtz have.

No more FMP! writing until I write the next chapter of my un-hiatus-ed Xenosaga fic and school lets me.

Incidentally, I think Zenosaga.com also uses phpBB for its forums, and they have a handy dandy spoiler tag. The syntax is [ sp] [/sp], and it blacks out the text unless you put your cursor on it. A bit more effective than me fumbling in the dark, and still not getting it..
