Yes, I know yami's has a more of shonen ai flavor, but I really love that series! I've been thinking about a fic on it, but something het, not yaoi. Does anyone here like yami?

I like Yami No Matsuei! I was so pleased when it was released over here. *huggles DVDs* It's a really good series. Can't say I've read a lot of fanfiction on the show though.

There are some good fanfics...however, most of them are yaoi...I'm trying to write a het one, involving Muraki and his fiancee, Ukyou. She's never mentioned in the anime, just in the manga. She's the one Tsubaki-hime was referring to...Muraki's childhood friend.

Hisoka is one of my faves too. I'll read yaoi for this series, simply because I think it fits. There are some series I absolutely refuse yaoi though, because just thinking about it makes me a bit ill. ICK!

As for yami no matsuei, it is obviously shonen-ai, unless the mangaka declares they are all straight, which I rather doubt. I'm TxH...though when I am a bit hentai I go for HxM...ewww

Hmm...it's still on the planning stage...having a hard time where to place Ukyou and what kind of a woman she'll be...but I'll post it as soon as I'm finished!

I LOVE Yami no Matsuei. Hisoka is my favorite character from any show. I think the dub is awful though. Oh well, you can't have everything. :-?

Don't want to offend anybody but I've never heard of it I live in America they never get any animes in until like five years after they've been in almost every different country. It sucks but that life.

Yes!, I ADORE Hisoka! I'm talking about the English version. They make all of the characters sound moronic. Especially Hisoka, which is unforgiveable in my eyes. Oh, and dark-angel? I live in the US too, but you probably haven't heard of it because they translated the name of the show into English, so it's licensed name is Descendants of Darkness. It's really good, but I hate the group that licensed it. I mean come on? US Mangacorps? You can find YNM at most major entertainment stores under Descendants of Darkness. I think the manga is worlds better though. For one thing, they don't cut it off in the middle and call it the end.

How dare they do that to my dear Hisoka-chan!!! That's why I sometimes feel so down when US companies license a particularly good anime/manga. They sometimes totally ruin it!
