Can you guys believe this?! A friend IM'd me last night and told me that my picture was in Newtype for their coverage of Akon i14 in Dallas. Well, I bought a copy today more than half convinced that he was teasing me and sure enough, there I am in my Integra costume!!!
On page 134! *giggles*

Just thought you guys might be amused - and if you have a copy of August's issue you can see me *giggles again*

Were you in costume at all during the con? I was the so called Manga Alucard but of course not many ppl noticed since I wasn't wearing red. I guess I have to make a sign saying what I am or lie to ppl who don't know and say I'm Alucard's twin sister

Now are you in the area or did you just come down for Akon? Just checking since Afest is coming up at the end of the month and wasn't sure if you'd attend it or not if you are from the area.

Another shocking thing though is the very few that were even dressed from Hellsing considering that other cons always have a nice turnout, Akon was really bad about it and I'm still shocked over it.

Yes, I was kind of shocked at the lack of Hellsing cosplayers at Akon. Go figure. And Beck and I didn't get to pose together because the airline lost my luggage for several hours *sigh*

And oops, Beck-ster, the bottom piccie isn't me - it's the cute AlucardxIntegra couple - they were adorable!

I'm in CA. I went to A-Kon because my friends Tristen Citrine and Lisa HoneyChan asked me to be a part of their Sakura Wars group. My next con will be Ani-Magic in Lancaster, CA.

I didn't have Integral done for A-kon cause I didn't have the money for a wig, so my costume debuted at Anime Expo.

I cosplayed as Reni Milchstrasse all weekend, except Sunday, when I was Nene Romanova. Saturday, night if you were anywhere near the Masquerade, I was in the sparkly blue suit with the huge feathers and white hair.
