Disclaimer: Not mine. Period.
Word count: 108. (I'm having fun with this, can you tell? This may not be the end, please bear with me.I can never do anything at the minimum.)
Last Date
The restaurant had a romantic glow, candles at each table. It was amazing how so many hearts had been broken and how many glasses were thrown in this atmosphere.
Relena ran her finger around the rim of hers, considering the idea. It was childish, but tempting.
Heero sipped his own to replenish the sweat trickling down his brow. He was oblivious to her thoughts; the words he was about to say stuck between his mouth and his tonsils.
"Relena," he croaked. She looked up, expecting the worst. But then he drew a small black box from his pocket. "Relena, will you marry me?"
The glass fell and shattered.
