Full Metal Panic!
AN: I'm kinda new at the whole FMP thing, so don't be surprised if any of the characters are a bit out of character. It takes place after the series, so a few spoilers may show up now and then. Anyways. Thanks for reading and on with the story! ~ Samu-chan
Chapter 1 - Pain ... Something everyone hates. (Prologue)
She could just kill him for being the plain pain in her ass that he seemed to insist on being. It was all to hard to push for anyways. Him being a normal guy now wasn't it? Kaname didn't deny it. She really felt something for absolute clueless sergeant ... but she just wanted to hang him for being that clueless.
The last time she was this mad at him ... ugh, she couldn't even remember! Mithril had decided to have Sousuke continue to protect Kaname until they were sure everything was cleaned up. And that boy refused to change. He had gotten into the bad habit of just walking anywhere with her ... and it literally meant anywhere. The paper fan hitting his head was starting to become a custom. Then again ... there were those times, where she swore he knew more than he let on. Expecially the day when things just didn't want to go her way.
She had just returned to school, and it was one day that Mithril had pulled Sousuke from school to go over 'mission tactics'. She didn't know him, but he certainly seemed to know her, or, just become a worse pain the sergeant was, to her side. She never even caught his name, but everytime she would turn around, he'd throw something at her ... mentally. She couldn't even list off the number of things the guy was doing just to play with her head.
By the time she had reached home, she felt like crying. She didn't, her mind seemed to break down just as Sousuke decided to check up on her. Right in the middle of the room, sinking to her knees crying. Sousuke remained quiet. She had begun to wonder if hitting him would make her feel better, but before she could even get up, he had picked her up. He simply sat on the couch and held her.
Gah! She crossed her arms and huffed loudly, flopping down on her bed. She wasn't even sure if Sousuke was sticking for much longer. A small, hidden piece of her ached inside. The small piece echoing, You know you want him to stay .... She sighed, flopping her back on the bed and closed her eyes. Why does it hurt so much when I think ... he's leaving me?
