Not mine…
Relena strolled back to her seat on the plane. Her big hat still obscuring her facial features. She decided that that if she reveals herself to Heero now, Heero would send her back home right away and make a big fuss on the plane.
The plane landed safely on the runway and Heero hurried off to the hotel that Une arranged for him to stay in, not knowing that he was closely followed by a young woman, minmicing his every move. Heero decided to sleep until dark then investigate his surroundings, then when the time is right, he would attack. Heero dumped himself on the uncomfortable bed and sighed, his thoughts trailed back to Relena. What is she doing? He picked up his cellphone and decided to ring her.
Knock Knock…delivery man!
Heero stopped breathing. Who on earth is that?? No one knows he's here, no one knows who he is. Heero opened the door and looked out nervously, his gun ready in his hand.
To his surprise, it was the woman from the plane.
"What do you want?" Heero asked as he opened the door fully.
The young woman ran up to Heero and put her arms around his neck.
Heero's eyes widened with shock as he quickly shoved her off.
"SURPRISE!" Relena yelled as she tore off her hat and grinned at Heero's dumbstruck expression.
"Relena, what are you doing here?" Heero managed to choke out.
"Heero, I'm so sick of waiting, from now on, I'm going to help you on your missions."
Her arms slithered around his neck while her lips gently tasted his. " If you don't make it out, I don't know if I would survive."
"Relena," Heero croaked as he pushed her away. "I promise to protect you, if anything happed to you, I don't know what I am going to do. I won't even forgive my self in hell. "
Relena sighed and blinked back tears, as she was impressed by Heero's behaviour.
"Heero, I won't get in the way and I promise you that I won't go and get hurt…please Heero please…pretty please…"
" No Relena, it's too dangerous." Heero said as Relena's puppy dog eyes was beginning to have and effect on him.
" No Heero, its not too dangerous…come on…Hilde goes on these missions all the time and she's still alive… Heero come on…please"
The bright blue orbs shone brightly as tears leaked out, Heero stared as Relena unleashed her full power.
"Oh fine..All right you can come, but you have to promise me that if it gets really dangerous you promise that you would leave and let me take care off the rest?"
Relena squealed in delight but moaned as Heero mentioned leaving. His idea of dangerous for her is an infant with a water pistol. He was very over protective of her and the thought of losing her was more than he could bear.
"Come on Relena, let's get some sleep done, we have to check out the base at midnight." Heero murmured as he led her to the single bed. Relena smiled as she and Heero jumped onto the bed.

The small beeping noise told Heero that it was time to start the mission. Untangling himself from Relena, he woke up and made 2 cups of coffee and snacks. Relena woke to the smell of hot coffee and waffles. She blinked and yawned and gasped as she saw the moon hiding behind the clouds. It was nearly midnight!
Heero smiled and brought her, her coffee and a good morning kiss. Relena giggled as he broke away. "Heero." She breathed. "Ready to start your mission?"

Heero wondered along the fence line. His preventer uniform on and a very excited Relena on his arm. The walked along the apparently empty base.
"Let's go in and check this out" Relena whispered as she stood on tiptoes to get a better view.
" Relena, I think you should go back, this might get dangerous…" Heero warned, staring into her eyes.
"Are you afraid Heero? Is the great Heero Yuy afraid?" Relena teased as Heero blushed.
"No…I'm not afraid"
"Good, then come on" Relena said as she yanked Heero towards a small opening in the fence.
Relena crawled through the tiny hole and sat on the dirt path. She brushed the hair out of her face and smiled as Heero came over.
"Relena…"he began," maybe I am afraid…I'm afraid that something might happen to you."
"Heero I promise that I won't do anything silly and I'll be by your side where you can keep an eye on me." She said as she put her arms around his neck. " Please…I really want to help you out and protect you instead of you protecting me."
"Lets make a promise Relena." Heero said as he leaned his forehead to hers. "Don't do anything silly like trying to protect me. You are very important to me so I will not let anything happen to you, I will protect you, and I will not fail that by letting you stand infront of a bullet coming towards me ok?"
Relena hesitated and linked her finger into Heero's.
" Pinkie promise."
Relena saw a open window on the side of a wall. She smiled as an idea came across her mind. She stood on her tiptoes but still could not reach the window. She frowned but jumped up and grabbed hold of the windowsill. Just then a pair of strong arms cupped her bottom softly and bushed her up. She fitted her palm against the frame and burrowed through. She smiled in triumph as her slim legs hit the ground with a gentle thud. The second thud told her that her lover had arrived. The small office was very messy. Files of document were scattered on the floor and chairs and tables turned upside down.
"Someone was leaving in a hurry."Relena said as she stepped over the chair and headed out the door. Heero made sure Relena was at his side at all times, he watched her every move, frightened that an enemy would appear out of no where and harm her.
A sudden movement from the corridor made Heero stop breathing and quickly pulled Relena into the small office they came in from.
A group of men hurried down the corridor. They stopped and whispered to each other.
"I heard that the preventers are on to us"
"No way, how did they now about this base?"
"No matter, we have to send the weapons away before they find out about this place."
"Roger that sir."
Just as the group of men were leaving. Relena bumped the shelve and a pot plant came tumbling down on to the floor, its loud bang made Relena scream in fright.
"Who's there!" The group yelled as they ran to the sound of the screaming. Heero pushed his lips against her mouth, urging his tongue into her mouth to drown the noise. Finally Relena relaxed as Heero picked her up and jumped out the window, sprinting towards their hotel.

"Never…do…that…again" Heero puffed as he and Relena sat on the bed, trying to catch their breath.
"Wow…what are all them…people doing there." Relena said as she hugged closer to her pillow.
"Who ever…they are, you are not going.to …find out."
"Why Heero…please take me with you, I promise…next time I won't scream." Relena said as her head sank more into the pillow.
"No Relena, during this mission I realised how much you mean to me and I can not lose you. "
"Heero…please."Relena whined as she did her puppy dog eyes again.
"No Relena, that is not going to work again." Heero said as he kissed her good night and tucked her in the bed.

The next morning, Heero decided to sleep in and smiled as he felt Relena's feminine figure next to him.
She did not leave…thank god.
The couple enjoyed a quiet afternoon. Relena decided to give Heero a makeover. Heero reluctantly agreed, he didn't want to upset her more.
Heero grinned as he saw himself in the mirror. Relena's theme was 'Heerina Yuy'Heero's twin sister.
Heero had to laugh as Relena rowed off the bed, howling in laughter.
"You know Heero, if you did go out like this, the guys would still turn around and whistle at you.
You look beautiful."
Heero laughed and pulled himself up to make dinner. Then, after a feast of chicken soup and pasta, Heero ran a tub of bubble bath for Relena and did the dishes alone.
Late at night, Heero saw Relena in deep sleep so he quietly creped out did put on his full preventer uniform. His mission was to retrieve the data on the base and creep back before Relena realises that he is gone. He couldn't take Relena with him, he couldn't risk it.
He took one last look at Relena then took off.
Relena opened one eye and smiled.
You can't fool me Heero!
