Sorry it took so long to write this fic. I was really confudes on what idea to look at and my computer crashed when i published it the first time.

"Heero…buddy..lets go back inside…we'll look for some clues."Duo said quietly as he carried his wife's cold, wet and limp form back to the office. Duo gently stroked her cold cheeks as he took off his uniform jacket and placed it on the unconscious girl. He gently brushed his lips over her forehead and sat down next to Heero.
Heero was staring out the window.
"Heero, there is nothing we can do until Hilde wakes up." Duo began, "Hilde might be able to tell us who it is. In the mean time, just relax."
Heero gave Duo his famous death glare and Duo closed his mouth.
At last Hilde stirred and fluttered her eyes. She looked up at her surroundings and blinked. "Ow…my head"
"Hilde you're alright…babe I was getting so worried about you."
She gave him a soft kiss and giggled. "I'm not that weak, one knock won't kill me."
"Hilde…" Heero's emotionless eyes stared at the awoken girl, "where is Relena"
He said coldly.
"I …wait a minute…'she paused and gasped as her memories came flooding back. "Oh my…Blackthorn…he came and…I …he took her…I 'm so sorry Heero, it was my fault…" tears stained Hilde's pale face, "I … I should have stopped him."
"Hilde…babe, don't blame your self…you did everything you can,"
Heero frowned, his eyes turning into deep blue waves that threaten to spill tears that he was trying not to spill.
"So you don't know where she is," Heero sighed, "I'll have to go myself." He stood nearly knocking Wufei over.
"Heero…I'm so…sorry…" Hilde quivered, fresh tears flooding out of her big eyes.
"Don't worry Hilde, it is not your fault, someone here just gets moody when it comes to Relena, that’s all." Duo shot coldly.
Heero gave Duo another death glare as Quatre, Trowa and Wufei walked in.
"We found no clues and Blackthorn has his lips sealed, we can't do anything without any evidence." Said Quatre
Just then the vid phone beeped and Blackthorn's face came into view.
"So Yuy, what have you decided, am I going to have my military force or am I going to have my Christmas present early."
Two guards carried Relena's limp form into the room.
"Relena…." Heero cried as he sprinted closer to the screen, his face nearly touching it. "Blackthorn, if you hurt her…I swear"
"Swear what…I might decide to not have all that military force, instead this lovely little treasure…"
"Blackthorn!!!" Heero roared as Blackthorn kissed the still sleeping Relena on the lips.
"Since I am feeling generous, I will give you a chance. Meet me at a place where puppy love sprung and lost emotions recovered."
The screen went blank.
"Damn, I hate riddles." Duo moaned, "Why won't that creep just tell us the address? "
"Think about it Maxwell," said Wufei," if I kidnapped some weak woman, it would be stupid if I told her husband who had been a Gundam pilot where she is, now wouldn't it."
"Jeez, I was only asking."
Heero stared out the window, rattling his brains. The room went quiet as the others were trying to figure out where this place where puppy love sprung and lost emotions recovered were. Then it hit him. St Gabrielle! Their old school, where they danced together and where he first saved her.
He rushed out of the room, ignoring his friends' confused faces.

Heero climbed up the roof of the main hall. Everything was quiet in the cloudless night. He looked at his surroundings. Childhood memories came flooding back. He stood there when Relena gave him the invitation, and he ungracefully ripped it. He looked at the old ballroom, there; he left her with a promise- to kill her. He wanted to turn back time, back to the party night where he would finish the dance with her and she would not have to wait for him to come back. He would never leave her side ever again.
Dong Dong
Heero looked up and saw the old school clock ticking as the bronze bell rung. It was 11-o clock. He was standing at the place where he first saved her. He is here to do it again. He hoped.
" Well I see that you had made it." Blackthorn's cold voice knocked Heero back to reality.
"Where is Relena? " Heero said coldly.
"Lovely night isn't it, perfect for me to kill you." Blackthorn laughed.
"I'll say it again, where is Relena?" Heero snarled.
"We shall duel, the winner can take the prize."
"And what is the prize?" Heero asked, knowing the answer.
"That." Blackthron said, pointing at the bell. Heero squinted his eyes and saw what Blackthron was pointing at. Relena was tied onto the bell; her unconscious body was tied together and restrained on to the bronze bell. Heero felt his blood boil but he kept calm. He was the only one who can save Relena.
"Here are the rules." Blackthron said. "We shall duel and the winner would get to claim the prize, but here is the fun part. You must rescue her before 12-o clock. At the stroke of 12, the bells will sound, welcoming the city to a new day."
Heero shut his eyes to block out the mental image of Relena screaming as the bells swayed around. He could hear the bells ringing from far away. Imagine standing next to it.
"I refuse.' he said quietly." Relena is not a prize to me. To me she is more than I prize I win for defeating you. She is my life. I once made a promise. I would never hurt anyone again, and I am not about to break my promise to a low life, cold blooded animal like you." Blackthorn's eyes narrowed. "Blackthorn, I suggest you give up, Preventer crews are coming."
Blackthron whipped his head around and saw light coming his way. So he isn't bluffing.
"Touching,"he said coldly,"but today Heero Yuy, You Will Die!!"
He swung around and grabbed his sword from the ground. He swung furiously at Heero but with Heero's quick reflexes, he just missed. Swiftly, Heero bobbed down and kicked Blackthorn's legs. His enemy fell to the ground with a thud.
He shot a cold look at Blackthorn then ran to the clock. Gently, he kissed Relena and smiled as she opened her eyes to reveal her sky blue eyes.
'Heero, I never was scared, I knew you would come." She said softly as he kissed her cheeks, "I knew you would be here."
Quickly cutting her loose with Blackthorn's sword, he held her as tight as he can, enjoying how her slim body fit perfectly against his.
"Relena, this has been the longest 3 hours I've ever had, please forgive me. I should have protected you, if I wasn't so careless, maybe this wouldn't have happened."
"Heero, "she whispered as her delicate fingers stroked his cheek."Don't apologise because this is not your fault. You didn't know nor did I. You kept your promise. You came and saved me. I should thank you."
They both leaned in for a passionate kiss and Relena sighed as his tongue gently danced around her mouth.
"Heee…rrro…Yy….uuuy….yyyyyy" Blackthorn whipped out his gun as Heero jumped on top of Relena, shielding her from the bullet.
Bang
Relena's scream echoed through the night as Blackthron dropped on to the ground.
"Great timing, I'm getting pretty good as this, don't you think?" Duo Maxwell lowered his gun as his cheerful voice beamed around the silent night. His eyes feel to the shocked couple. "Jeez, can't you guys wait until you're at home? She's only been away for 3 hours Heero." Duo joked as Heero stood and pulled Relena into his arms.
"Relena,' Heero said quietly," 5 years ago, we danced in this very school. I left and left you a horrible promise. Now, I ask you, would you like to dance with me?"
Relena smiled, tears building up.
"I'd be honoured"
The couple climbed down the roof and entered the ballroom. Heero encircled his left arm around Relena's waist and held her hand with his other arm. The two danced happily around the room. Relena smiled. She knew that this time, he wouldn't leave her waiting for him.
They would be together forever.
