Anyway, Quatre grew up in an arabian atmosphere. Neither of his parents were true arabians, they had just moved to an arabic place. Thus he got blond hair through genetics... :-?
His Mum died giving him birth, that's why he thought he was like his sisters!!!
But I don't know how he can have blond hair while being Arabian, either. I think that Dorothy's explanations were good.

Quatre has blonde hair because there is a recessive gene in Arabs for being blonde. I've met a blonde Arab before, it does happen. Quatre is simply a rarity in more ways then one.
