I dunno... if youre talking about Dorothy Catalonia pulling a fast one on the ESUN, it wouldnt make any real sense, as it wouldn't fit her character psyche (She loves glorious battles with people dying in combat, not people dying in pure genocide, resulting in massive civilian casualties). If youre talking about Relena, that makes even less sense, as that would also pull a complete 180 from her normal psyche of about mankind living peacefully between Earth and space. Personally, im completely against a secondary team consisting of female pilots, because it would one, diminish the importance of the original five gundam pilots, and two, if there were any mobile suit combat, the gundams would have to be toned down from their usual combat characteristics to keep their battles interesting. Another thing, the EMP thing as well as the N-Jammer esque satalites have also been done (Gundam SEED). Personally, I'd go with genetically created psionic warriors with emense telekinetic and telepathic abilities, but it would kill what little life-like content that Gundam Wing has. Perhaps moving back to giant mobile armor enemies would make things interesting. Meh... actually... biological warfare has never been used in any Gundam series... so... wanna try that?

I wasn't trying to pull the carpet out from under the boys. . . My idea is that the girls were the ones terminated from the program. The cryo sleep thing. MY idea makes them equal in strength except for Elyn's gundam, like wing zero with Heero. When her cryo pod had malfunctioned, Elyn aged normally. The others did not age at all. They were still 12 year olds. Elyn's gundam had a zero system. A hybrid. The way it was going to be used made it unstable and Elyn almost killed the male doctors that trained the boys. Hence J's arm. Also, Elyn and Heero have a telepathic link- the reason they were selected after their father's assasination. The link gets severed after they are separated however. And when they meet again after 5 years, the link to Heero makes him re-live everything she has gone thru...only more painful. (bedridden for 4 days)

I like your ideas elyn. they would make a great fic. One you have to send to me if it ever gets done^^ but I'm not sure about using it for this one.
I know NOTHING about bio warfare but I am reseacrhing it now. I wasn't talking about anty of the characters when i said 'she' i was talking about the charcter in my description for the first three eps of the series. evil redhead woman. :evil:

I haven't seen gundam SEEd so I have no idea what was in it. we brits are unfortunate and have to pay to watch any good animes....

If the satelittes have been done then how about this. BIO warfare suggests to me without knowing what the hell it is that is has something to do with the body. hence BIOLOGY. And in biology we were learning about the indigo project. for those who havent learned that yet it is a thesis thought of by some russian dude who thought that neuronic fibres could be reproduced and remapped to alter the repective subjects thinking patterns. doing this would enable anyone underhoing this procedure to memorise any information contaned within those fibres.
This gave me strange ideas (because im a strange person). what if synthetic fibres can me made and existing ones remapped so that the human brain can rid itself of any unecassary thoughts or emotions and it lets of signals telling the body to rid itself of any unwanted chemicals or fat or organs. these soldiers would be easy to make, repair and although easy to kill as any human, unlimited. like those buckets of green army men.
I think I'd like to stick to the whole 'I want to protect the earth from the colonists who suck up or rescources' gig. I can have fun with that one. I need the other 5 writers to come here now and tell me stuff because I can't do anything withot them!

Biological weapons. The use of diseases for war. Usually used upon both military and civilian targets alike, the basic strategy for them is to weaken an enemy in both physical and moral strength: sick soldiers cant fight, sick civilians cannot aid and/or produce munitions for an enemy taskforce, and morale would crash because of overall long term deaths, ect . N-Jammer: A very important piece of military hardware for the ZAFT (Think of these guys as Zeon from the UC gundam shows, or White Fang from Gundam Wing if you havent seen the UC gundam shows ) forces. Producing a special set of disrrupting waves, they cancel out fission/fusion reactions, thus, making nuclear reactors as well as nuclear weapons as useless . If I were to produce a real conflict where I would want to be rid of a group of people that I thought were taking my people's resources away.. I would probably set up a small private humanitarian aid group that would for a time being, be helpful to the colonies, while at the same time, figuring out weaknesses, best places to put forces - either conventional or mobile suit groups - in defensive-offensive positions. In turn, those of the Earthside government would trust you as well. From there, I probably would surgically eliminate key political figures on Earth, most likely with a colony-born ex-soldier that either doesn't know any better, or truely hates the peace between both space and Earth. From there, well, you can make that stuff up for yourself.

I'm actually not going to decide anything yet. I Have loads of ideas along with yours and I think there is a way to make the best of all of these separate plots. but bottom line is that the rreason for this war is that one woman believes that the colonies are polluting the earth and they must be destroyed. how they go about it is what needs to be fathomed.

Personally, I dont really know how it would work.. if one were to go about trying to create a sequal series to gundam wing, the villian(s) at least should have some sort of remote connection to the original enemy organizations in the AC195 storyline. Without some sort of connection, the sequal just wont fit together correctly; it would feel more like a completely different series, another alternative universe story.

Wow i was reading this theard form the first post i am kind of intersting of doing this even tho am really a newbie at wirting fanfics i have post a few fics on FF.net but i get both good and bad reviews , I am such a huge fan of 1xR some of firends says that i need a new obession becasue they really dont like heero and relena as a couple :: :evil: and i call u guys my firend :: anyway i told them to sick it lol .

1XR forever! I've been on the stuff for 6 years and I'm proud!
Update....not much happeneing really. I'm writting the rest of the outline. just need to get the plot staright and check it over and over so it doesn't seem un-gundam wing-ish. Fitting that in with exams is an arse. but, I have just been dumped by my BF on prom night, so things like that always make me write to get out of a mood. If not it'll be a repeat of the JASON WITHERDEN situation. and the world aint ready for that.
