But seriously.I can see why that would stop one from drinking,CBF.But not everyone who drinks does it excessively.Personally speaking that's why I don't.I'm terrified of what would happen if I acquired a taste for it.As such I don't try to.

I like ice cream. Not too much though. Sweets in general don't appeal to me. But vanilla Ryan? Oh no!!! Chocolate, or Mint Chocolate Chip, or Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, that one from Ben & Jerry's called something like Chocolate Brownie Batter, some Neopolatin (sp?), and a few others. But vanilla? *shudders* Only in a Root Beer Float my friend.

Drinking.... I rarely drink. I hate the taste of beer. However, hand me a margarita and it's a different story. I tend to like the original (don't ask why but I like licking the salt off the rim of the glass). I like mixed drinks. My good friend K used to be a bartender so she can typically whip something up. My best friend A's mom used to bartend as well. On our 21st b-day she made us a couple of margarita's (original for me and strawberry for A). We had drunk before but after just a few swips she and I were like, "Whoa! What did your mom put in this? Better go lay down." I seriously have no clue how much tequila she put in there. *shakes head* Crazy.

But I know the downfalls of drinking. That's why my mom's so against her kids drinking. But my oldest brother and I refuse to let it get us addicted. She fears we'll turn out like our dad. And let me tell you, I can understand. There's a story there.

Anyway, belated thank you for the b-day wishes. The day sucked but I did buy myself a present. ^_^

Actually I don't think you're a raging alcoholic. I'm just stating the reason my mom hates the fact that I occassionaly have a drink now and again due to my father who WAS an alcoholic. Bad things happened you see. Very bad. How many kids can remember going to visit their dad in prison and even making friends with another inmates kid?

And chocolate doesn't make women fat. It's their addiction to other crap.

And yes, we yanks are stupid. But I try my best not to judge. I don't thnk anyone else here was judging your love for beer either. Especially Ninja. I think the rest of us who aren't so gung-ho about it have our reservations for pretty valid reasons. If it makes you feel any better I've drunk an entire bottle of champagne by myself. And when I say I like margarita's...I mean I LIKE margarita's. Oh yes indeedy do.

I was joking, I know you don't think I'm a raging alcholic nor do I jusge anyone for there opinions. It was a sarcastic complaint. Y'know the WAAAAAAAAAAH everbodies picking on me kind.

Don't like margarita's. Do like beer, whisky and methanol. Yes indeedy do.

I don't mean Yank stupidity in the unintelligent condescending way. Although the interviews I've seen on TV of the supposedly typical american teenager does shed some doubts, theres probably a lot of smart ones. But hey we're not much better over here, its pretty much the same.

What I mean is the weirdness of americanism and Anglo/American cultural differences and similarities. For example what is American-English, was the original language not good enough? Why did you have to change stuff. I mean what the hell is Jello?

I just meant how I complain about Thanksgiving as pointless and you call me a tea-drinking limey with a sexy accent. Fun for all the family.
