Question Andrea about your delima. does he understand that it was a date? Cause I do that with some of my guy friends when were first getting to know each other and then if relationship progresses to a dating statuse things start to change and he pays for things But the whole opening door thing is just crap. Hell I open doors for my guy friends and and they open doors for me. Sorry that's just a common curtisy that really atracts me to people in general. But yah if that was indeed a date then he should have shown some cavalier.

We went to the movies, and when we got there, he never opened a single door for me, he didn't pay for my ticket EVEN if he was the one INVITING! And of course I had to buy my own popcorn and coke... SO, I told him after a couple of days of angry mumbling to myself why, if he had invited me, didn't he pay for my things?

One word: JACKASS.

He told me he didn't INVITE ME, he <b>TOLD</b> me if I wanted to go to the movies with him.... WHAT?!?! :x

You're totally right. If a guy asks a girl out, he's SUPPOSED to pay for your food and what-not. Boys these days don't get that those little niceties can make the difference in the progression of a relationship. Maybe it seems a little old fashioned, but hey, it's what a girl wants. If a guy can't figure that out, it's his loss.

Well Andrea, I'm not Heero but I'll answer anyway.
It sounds like you two are not that compatable to begin with.
If he goes off the deep end over one minor problem, that is easily solved I might add, then that alone is the sign to cut any losses and move on. No need to leave your cloud over this.

Basically what happened was Heero popped the question to Miss Relena while they were on stage in the middle of the cosplay contest (of which con I have yet to figure out). My guess is that this occured last year (2002).

So yes, the question remains. When's the wedding???

And Heero, that does bring up another question. Eric (my boyfriend/fiancee/whateverthehellyouwanttocallhim) is totally against jewlery. Sees absolutely no reason he should waste money on a rock and some metal. He's said he definitely wants to marry me...but why waste money on something stupid? I've even pointed out I wouldn't mind a little ring, or any type of ring, not just the traditional diamond, but he doesn't get it. You're both guys, and (from what I can tell of you) incredibly stubborn. How would someone convince you otherwise?
