Blissful Ignorance

The episode that air on adultswim, wasn't to bad. I'm not a fan of Lust so I didn't know if I'd like the episode.

Dude! the last episode was so funny! I loved that one! The show was getting kinda intense, so that episode kinda helped relax it again. I love Hawkeye's puppy. He's so cute! And Armstrong's sister rocked!!!!!! Anyone else like it as much as I did?!

In case you didn't catch the show last Sat., I'm talkin about episode "The Flame Alchemist, the Bachelor, and the Mystery" The guys(Roy and three of his officers) were really funny in this one.

It's kind of a filler episode. I was intensely into the more serious drama the first time I saw that one and couldn't get into the fluff b.c i wanted to know what was going to happen with the important plot stuff, but knowing it was coming this time around, I really enjoyed it! It definitely lightens the mood and I love Mustang. Funny filler fluff.

Okay, I have a couple of questions from the last episode that play on adultswim.

If Wrath is made from his own remains, how does Ed weaken Wrath enough to kill him? Please tell me Ed doesn't use a baby's cry, that would be so wrong.

As for Rose's baby, I'm thinkin a soldier was responsible for that during her capture. Unless some different clues pop up, I'll probably keep to that. I doubt that it's Scar's kid.

The guy with the eye patch, that's Pride?! I thought Envy was morphing into that guy! And what's up with the Archer guy? Big time lackey of the seven sins, huh?

I think that's part of the drama of the show, so I'll let you watch to find out how that is dealt with.

Yeah, that's pretty much it. I think Scar made that pretty clear. That's why she's the Holy Mother, not in a "nice" way, but in a "look what these people did to our town--let's follow Scar to get them back" kind of way.

Pride is the Furher, the top military official who is running the country. He's a homunculous who ages and he has a wife and kid (something that is explained better in the manga, but not in the anime--don't really need it, though). Envy HAS turned into him before, mainly when Ed was with his teacher at the Southern headquarters, but the one with the Ultimate Eye isn't Envy; it's Pride.

And what's up with the Archer guy? Big time lackey of the seven sins, huh?

Archer doesn't have anything to do with the homunculous that I can remember. He's a human jerk. He wants to rise in the ranks and become a big shot in the military, which is achieved by heading successful military expeditions so he's "thumbs up" on escalating violence, even against civilians. You might argue that some of the homonculous are actually NICER than Archer.

Lol. It's a good episode. The next one is even better. ^_~

I love Roy.. and Black Hayate which was given to Lieutenant Hawkeye. All I know is that the general with the eye patch and his secratary are homuculus. Who knows what happens to Roy and Riza?

I'm just very confused at this, because at one point, Dante seemed to be pointing at ed or Hohenheim...********

I've wondered about the father myself. I don't think they ever explain. I had assumed she might have been raped when the soldiers took over the city. Either that or maybe it was an abandoned baby that she took in.
