I can't say that i really like greed, but it really irked me how in the last seconds before he died, the creator had to make him so damn likeable. Then i liked him and didn't want him to die. I was sad.
the GW creator did the same thing with Trieze.

What was great about the episode was that Ed's first kill was so tragic. I mean it had all the tragic elements. Miscommunication, vengeance, catharsis... The fact that Ed was so upset was what made it so great. I liked Greed, but I love the episode for my poor Ed who is forced to grow up in ways he never meant to.

yeah. i agree with the both of u!

i'm hoping that the next episode will have Ed's thoughts on the event. i'm also hoping that winry will get lost. i like winry but i find her to be a little annoying when something serious comes up. i really don't know y but she just is. :-?

The further you travel into the series, the deeper you're thrust into Ed's mind and angst. More then half the time, I just sat there with my hands to mouth, stunned by the events that took place. And also about Winry; I hardly find her annoying at all. In fact, her and Ed make a really good pairing; second to Ed/Roy and Ed/Al. Either way, her angst really comes out too, especially towards the end. She really ain't all that bad.

i like the pairing. Love the pairing. Read the fanfics all the time. i just don't want her to be long when Ed and Al have a serious event happening. She's fine when they take off across the city and she stays behind and then the boys come back. I don't like her right beside them during a serious moment is all.
I know i'm goin to get flamed for this but Ed and Winry are like Heero and Relena for me. I couldn't stand Relena on the series but i love the pairing and the fanfics. Now, I like Winry way better than I did Relena but, I still find her annoying. I like the tough, loner, mysterious type girl anime characters. I like the girl character to be a lot alike my fave boy characters. Get what I mean? It's just what I like and that's just the way it is for me.
Sweet! i would love to know whats going on in Ed's head. Al's too. thats y i like books better than tv shows or movies. I like to know whats goin on in a character's head and tv just doesn't let u know very well. But i guess fanfics and discusssion boards help in that area, huh?

The next episode isn't about Ed's angst unfortuately. You get a little Ed as they decide what to do and where to go next but most of the episode is actually about Lust. It's a really important episode, though it's a slow down from the Greed one. But don't worry. There are more mini-climaxes around the corner

aww thats too bad. There should be a little more drama to Ed's first murder. :-? Oh well. I'll take what i can get!

I've been wondeing more about Gluttony. He really odd. Lust, i think I've got pretty much figured out. But the next episode should confirm my whether or not i've got it right. Thanks!

There will be more on Ed, of course, just not in the next episode. ^^
And yes... Gluttony is a strange one! Does anybody here know his particular past history or how he was created?
