As of yet, I don't believe anyone has fansubbed the 3rd movie. Of course, it isn't out on DVD in Japan yet, so it'd be really hard, and movies take a LONG time to sub, so don't expect it anytime soon, as it comes out in Japan in Sept. on DVD (Wait till at least Oct. for the subbed version). I have read the entire plot already; Anyone looking for Kagome/Inuyasha moments, don't get your hopes up; this is an Inuyasha/Sesshomaru/psycho evil guy movie. WARNING, SPOILERS! DON"T READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW! BUT, PLEASE READ THE VERY BOTTOM: IT'S IMPORTANT!
Turns out there's a third sword; I believe it was called Soungga. Don't entirely understand it's power, but it comes through the well to Kagome's time, where Inuyasha, Kagome, and Souta are (in the city), and plants itself in the ground, spreading a wave of death and destruction through the city. A ghost which "lives in the sword" tells Inuyasha to pick it up to save the city, and it possesses him, and he runs back to feudal Japan. Many fight scenes between Inu and Sess; at one point, Inu goes after Rin while they're fighting, and Kagome tries to SIT him, but it doesn't work, and after screaming SIT a few times, the necklace breaks. Anyway, turns out Inu's father made a human enemy (forgot his name), who loved Inu's mom and was angered she loved a demon, so he kidnapped her and Inu (as a baby). Anyway, the guy comes back to life, steals Soungga, and eventually steals Tetsusaiga. . Long story short (cause I'm getting bored writing this), Inu and Sess go to evil guy's castle (once Soungga is stolen, Inu is no longer possessed), fight his hordes of zombies, who revive when they're knocked down, and evil guy kidnaps Kagome (who he thinks looks like Izayoi [Inu's mom's official name]) and Rin. Inu and Sess save them, but evil guy opens the gates of hell and summons forth millions of dead warriors (I think by using all 3 swords). I forgot how, but the good guys stop them and Inu and Sess's father, who I guess came out of hell as well, have a talk (Sorry, but I forgot the ending, and I can't find the full spoiler on the site I first found it). It ends with Inu and Kag having a picnic, she tells him to close his eyes, and when he opens them, there's a new necklace around his neck. It is a good movie, but few Inu/Kag moments (besides beginning and end).
Now for the part everyone should read; Inu's father is not called Inutaisho; it's either "Inuyasha no Chichi" (Inuyasha's father) or "Inu-no-taisho" (Dog leader). Inutaisho is what Americans got from shortening his name. Also, his name isn't Touga; the production team thought of it, which is why that's his name on one of the songs from the soundtrack, but they decided against it later, and apparently didn't rename the track (probably forgot it). There ya go. I'm done.

Yeah, it does. I own the 2nd movie (subbed of course), and about half the movie is about Kagome and Inuyasha. Kikyo has 2 appearances and about 40 seconds on the screen, all of it being pretty irrelevant. It's the only Inuyasha anything where Inu and Kagome kiss. At the end, just for humor, they threw in a scene where Miroku tells Sango it's their turn, and tries to kiss her. She stops him, and he says they should follow Kagome's example, at which point she and Inu blush. She starts shaking her head, shouting she doesn't remember anything, and Inu says he didn't want to and that she did it without permission, at which point she gets upset, and, 10 seconds later, sits him. Apparently she can deny it, but he can't (what a biased relationship). Sorry if that spoiled it for some people, but it occurs after the credits and wasn't really a part of the movie, just a comedic part they added to the end.

I got this info website from Lara Winner; you can download the 2nd movie from this website
http://www.anime-kraze.org/
or you can go directly to the page you download from, which is
http://torrent.anime-kraze.org:8080/index.html?sort=1
then look for Inuyasha movie 2 : The Castle Beyond the Looking Glass and click on DL, NOT on the name. However you need Bittorent to download it (I believe you can get it off the website). I implore (not sure I'm using this word correctly) to download this version; the picture is flawless and the subtitling is spectacular. Also, it does have the funny scene at the end of the credits. Definitely worth downloading. By the way, can anyone tell me where I can get movie 1 subtitled (preferably using Bittorent)?
