What college do you go to?

UCF for ROTC and two classes

and

SCC for Gen Ed(3 classes) so much cheaper, I think I'll just start going to SCC straight since they transfer, but I'm not sure cause I hate SCC at the same time.

UCF: University of Central Florida
SCC: Seminole Community College

In the field that I want to be in....college is a must. And a lot of the required classes aren't just a walk in the park, unfortunately.

I can understand that, I was re-reading your post and you said stuff about being a vet. I.E health field. I had a couple friends who wanted to be doctors

. After their third semester they switched to other junk.

I'm a Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology major.

I don't necessarily need to be a vet, but it is an option that I have. Anyway, all I really want to do is to be actively involved in the conservation of endangered species and such...by actually doing something to help save them, not just standing on a soapbox and preaching about what should be done.

Community college is high school squared.

Because of that I won't be prepared, I don't think, when I go to university to get my degree.

But it's cheaper and my scholarships are lumps sums. So the less I spend on school the more I get to put in my pocket.

Amen. It's like High School without the friends... And "professors" that think they know what they're doing, but they really don't.

However, real universities are freakin' hard!! :-?

But you shouldn't sacrifice the quality of education...

And actually, my scholarships and grants (which are actually more like state-sponsored scholarships...) change amounts with what school I attend. Community Colleges: 1/3 -1/6 of what I get for Universities. So I still get money in my pocket.
