Well, there is nothing wrong with ItaSaku. Trust me on this one. Cheryl will agree. She won't with KakaSaku (but I will because I like whoring the girl out). And well, Lee.... He's supposed to be with TenTen. :p
Just trust me on ItaSaku. It's good if written well. But then I am biased in all that is the uber sexiness of Itachi. *shifty eyes* I suck at writing it though. *tear*
I've never read a HayateSaku fic. Don't know if I would, but then I read a GenmSaku fic and liked it and wouldn't mind more of that pairing. But Cheryl has gotten me into her crack pairing of GenmShizu so he may be off limits to her soon enough.
I am curious to know who the other two males are but I'll content myself with the knowledge that I get GaaSaku. That makes me happy. ^______^ Regardless you are doing a fantastic job with this AoD. And we all know it's fanfiction so no need to worry about anyone being up in arms over particular situations or pairings.
And back to the thing about Hinata and Neji supporting her feelings for Naruto. Hiashi didn't seem to have a problem with her feelings for the boy either. That should bode well for them in the future no?

Why do so many people want to write Sakura with older ninjas when she has so many attractive contemporaries? (Just saw an Inoshi/Sakura pairing on affnet, had no idea who that was, then found out, then wanted to go back to her happy place where she didn't know.)

Inoshi.... Okay I'm going on a limb here and gonna say Ino's dad? Okay that's just wrong if that is the case. Hell why not shack Sakura up with Chouji's dad? *shudder*

Hell yeah! That's my point! Everything's set for some NaruHina when Naruto returns to Konoha; now if only shonen mangas had more fluff scenes, we'd get somewhere!

Eww... Inoshi has a wife. Inoshi is old enough to be Sakura's dad. Inoshi IS the same age as Sakura's dad. *slits wrist and watches herself bleed to death*
This is like that one time when someone suggested Weridge x Mariemaia on one of those crazy Gundam Wing mailing lists back a long time ago.
Quite honestly, I like ItaSaku because they make a damn pretty picture together. Itachi is sexy, Sakura is pretty, and tada! I want them together! It's as simple as that.
I honestly can't see Itachi and Sakura ever being together without somewhat twisting Itachi's character to be less emotionless. And because Itachi is too uber sexy, I usually turn a blind eye on slightly OOC ItaSaku fics. Though recently, there are these horribly OOC ItaSaku fics that makes me want to go sporky again. *holds up spork*
KakaSaku... I'll take a rain check. You don't want me to start my "why I dislike most KakaSaku fics and doujinshi" rant.
HayaSaku... hmm... well... did anyone notice Hayate is kinda... dead? Okay, so if we pair him up with Sakura before his death, it'll be a 23 year old with a 13 year old. So... yeah...
And in my crack world, Genma will forever belong to Shizune. Just because he needs a deadly medic nin to fuss over him all the time. XD

as with most alternative couples, it depends on the writer. if the fanfic is well written then the pairing works... itasaku may seem impossible (in the anime and manga) but when you read some of the "good" fics out there, you get to the point of: "yeah, that can happen...."
it's just bad to see that there are lots of "not-of-high-quality" fics centering on the pairing out there.... people who don't like it in the first place shun the pairing even more...
but then again, i just like sakura.... with any of the guys...
however.....
Hell why not shack Sakura up with Chouji's dad? *shudder*
that is just wrong!!! even i have my limits.... *shudders as well*

*sigh* There are some limits. But in fandom, limits are gone.
Preferences...now that plays something.
I can tolerate so much, yet I do tolerate them. Though I don't mind reading Sakura w/ some shinobis, my preference is always either ItaSaku or SasuSaku or ItaSakuSasu. Those Uchiha bros are hot, but I do see their flaws (though to my eyes, Sasuke is lower than Itachi). I do read Sakura/etc pairings (like AoD's Variety pack
) so I'm okay with that. Sakura with older guys other than Itachi...either I ignore them or find that some of them are tastefully done.
Eh, 'nough for now.

No way, i absolutely adore Itachi and Sakura pairings, mainly because that guy is sexy as hell. *drools*. And there is nothing wrong with older men, especially if he is only 5 years older.

ok i firstly believe dat tenten belongs wid neji! or neji b with sakura and tenten be with lee.
for sakura i hate it out ppl put her with takashi n all des other men! she deserves someone...eitha naruto or sasuke! u knw, around her age!
im all for gay couples n all, especially becaz i hav friends who r gay, bu naruto is not an anime where i realli wanna c a same gender relationship with the major characters.
bu dats jus me.
