I don't know. Somehow, the fact that 'man' and 'woman' were somehow accentuated are strange. Am I the only one who noticed?

This is starting to make me wonder... :-?

Before the broadcast ended, the ?woman? flipped a few locks of hair. The movement gave a clear view of the Oriental earring, a symbol for the word: next.

Title: Cosplayers

In the Preventers, life goes on, uninterrupted from the mundane tasks that crops up every now and then. Those were to be expected, except for?

Televisions in the Preventer buildings were disrupted from their usual activities?AGAIN.

This time there was an animated opening.

When the opening ended, the main characters appeared.

Preventers having papers in their hands dropped them.

In the cafeteria, there were numerous utensils and trays ending up on the floor.

In all the Preventer buildings the people were frozen in amazement as they saw the couple?COSPLAYING.

As the ending song began to play, the couple mimicked their characters? trademark movements, posing as the ending credits finally reached its end. Final words in a desert language next to the couple proclaimed the words ?You?re next? to the audience.

Then the televisions returned back to their usual broadcasts.

Except the people in the Preventer buildings remained frozen, staring at the televisions blankly with various emotions whirling within their bodies.

It was shocking.

It was hilarious.

It was?downright disturbing.

Soon laughter rose from various buildings, growing louder as people began to openly react at the broadcast.

It was good to be a Preventer.

Okay, I think I figured most of it out. Tell me if I'm right via PM bookworm??

The first couple was most likely Heero and Relena. It has something to do with the bunny outfits and the way the two worked together.

The second couple was most likely Trowa and Midii. Trowa's an acrobat/clown; he ought to be used to walking around in public scantly clad. The chances of this couple being Heero and Relena are slim considering the fact that Heero would kill any man who saw Relena naked or in that state of undress for that matter. The fact that the previous couple had guns and fired them, gives me the idea that they're subtly giving signals as to who is to go next. Trowa + lots of guns = It just works.

The third couple... I'm not so sure. Live drag? Maybe the guy and girl switched roles? Duo and Hilde, perhaps? Their hair lengths are perfect for the switch.

The fourth couple was Sally and Wufei. Broadcasting it in the Preventers building? I think that's the most logical choice. Also, I think the Oriental earring the "woman" of the previous pair showed was also a hint.

So, if what I'm saying is right, the last couple has to be Quatre and Dorothy. The "desert language" thing at the end of the cosplay segment just makes the most sense.

Never thought about that when I wrote it. Hmm...interesting.

Again, the cafeteria was the witness of another couple wearing?

Wedding clothes?

The Preventers gawked as the couple appeared at the doorway.

The couple began to slowly walk toward the ?centre? table, where they usually sit with their friends.

One of the occupants stood up, cleared his throat, and waited proudly for the couple to get near.

The couple stopped in front of their friend, who had held out his hand, and was handed a bible by his ?babe?.

?Dearly beloved??

The cafeteria witnessed the union of two powerful persons.

As the ceremony ended, there was applause.

The bride threw the bouquet toward the audience, and a woman got it.

CRASH!

The door, which had been closed for the ceremony, was abused by a blond man.

A blond, ANGRY man.

?YUY!?

The couple stared at him in confusion.

One of their friends got up from his seat.

The blond man turned his gaze to his rival, returned it back to the groom, and repeated that motion again.

?I told you not to be quick with conclusions.?

The blond man turned his gaze toward the woman at his side.

?Well, I thought that??

The woman rolled her eyes.

?You thought wrong.?

The blond man, realizing that he was at the wrong, returned his gaze back to his rival, who had moved while he had been distracted by the woman. His rival had taken hold of?

?YUY!?

His rival, along with his sister, paused from their trek towards the other exit of the cafeteria.

?Too late.?

And as the meaning behind his rival?s words dawned on the blond man, his rival escaped with his sibling.

As for the newlyweds, they shrugged and decided to follow suit.

This caused the other couples seated in the ?centre? table to do the same.

Thus, only fellow Preventers were spectators to the blond man?s outburst?and the woman?s solution: kissing him.

So ends the cafeteria?s greatest moments.
