Sorry, I just have to butt in 'cuz I have a somewhat similar experience.....about that scar of yours, Rasp...don't be bothered by it...I have one on my right knee when I fell off my bike about 5 years ago....Of all time! I already knew how and I was quite good at it but when I tried to do a stupid "stunt", I fell and somehow scraped my knee on the pavement because it was sloping down...and I was about to start high school then in a co-ed school (I was in an all-girls school in elementary & kindergarten)

Imagine my dread as I realized I won't be able to wear P.E. shorts or skirts (for school fairs & events 'cuz we've got a uniform, which also consists of a skirt!) It was kinda embarassing...I even used to put band-aids over it all the time to cover it up and my friends are like, "You're making it more obvious by trying to cover it up."

Anyway, I'm sure there are cosmetic procedures done or even "miracle" creams as seen on TV..However, trust me, you'd soon get over it up to the point that you won't care even if people see the scar....Plus, it'll somehow become less obvious as time passes because the skin starts to stretch and heal while balancing the pigmentation on that particular area...

So, don't fret! You're not alone...hehehe

Heero, what's the best way to tackle laziness? I just can't seem to do anything school-related....whenever I try to, my brain turns into a mush and my body feels like jello...How do you do it?

Anyways, we really should convice Bandai (or whoever it is) to make a 60-episode sequel for Gundam W....a fundraising or a petition, perhaps? Have you guys ever thought about doing it?

Lilac, as to what you wrote about the 60-episode GW continuation series... As much as it would be FUN to see those characters again, I think it would take away the magic from millions of fans plotting in they're heads, doujinshis, fanfics etc. with the famous What happened next?! phrase. I think it is just okay the way it is. ^^ Don't you think it's better to stay in this fabullous Gundam Wing La-La-Land and think whatever you want?.. Or is it better for you to actually SEE what happened next, have some of your dreams and expetation (sp?) ruined?..

Anyway, to my scar problem... well... it's freakin' shame to say, but... MY scars are not normal scars. MY scars are... Japanese hiragana. Yes, JAPANESE HIRAGANA.   I was just veeeeeery bored once and it happened that I was home-alone with razor :-P BUT DO NOT THINK I AM A SUICIDAL KID, or something!!! I'm just... stupid  8)

well, I see your point there...Having a sequel of Gundam W would give us some sort of a closure and that would kind of inhibit our freedom to manipulate the characters the way we want them to...but I really wanna see them in animation...not some crappy, quick sketches but the ones similar to "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex"...If I have the money, I'd hire their illustrators to do the job...

Don't get me wrong, though....whenever I read fanfictions, I can clearly see the scenario playing in my head...kind of like being in another dimension..However, after years and years (probably about 5) of reading fanfictions, I'm somehow yearning for more....

OK...so, maybe a G-Wing sequel is a bad idea but perhaps, having an animation for each fanfiction would be nice...hehe..maybe in the near future!....I really wanna see "Traitor to the Cause" and "Cynehelme" amongst many others in animation!..hehe....just to see how artists would interpret the story (with the collaboration of the authors, of course)..well, I think you get the idea...

about your scars...what the heck is a JAPANESE HIRAGANA?....were you shaving your legs or you did it on purpose? If it's the latter, then I'd have to say that I've done that on myself too because of certain "stuff" ...but why on your legs?! I did it on my arms...on my left arm (upturned) to be exact...It was fun...

My G-Wing fantasies ruined?! Oh no!...Lol...you're right! ..What if Bandai or whoever decides to kill Relena off and pair Heero with someone else?....that's a bit farfetched but it's just an example...

Oooh, I've cut my left arm too ^^ I still have a feather-which-looks-like-a-leaf scar there :-P And NO, I haven't been shaving my legs - I did it on purpose. On my left thigh I have ZUTTO (eternal), and on the right ITAMI (pain) :-P Which basically answers your question - Hiragana is one of Japanese alphabets :-P Annnnnd... As I told you, I was reaaally bored and the sight of dripping blood from my thighs was just awesome :-P  8) GAH, just call me a masochist if you really need to  But it wasn't that funny anymore when my mother discovered the scars week later ><" :pale: So, anyway, the scars are still there and I really need to get rid of them ><"

Oh... that I have a question to you too, Lilac - what the heck is LATTER?!

And with the sequel thingy - I agree with you as well, but sometimes I think it's much better when you just imagine something, because seeing it again might ruin much... However I wouldn't mind any anim(e)ated GW pr0n    BUT SHHHHHHHHHHH, or Heero will kill me ><" :-P  8)

You know, FORMER and LATTER.....like when you're talking about two things or even a number of things and you don't want to be redundant with your words when you wanna mention them again, you say the "former" or the "latter"....

for example, I'm talking about a cat and a dog, which both died at the same time....However, the former (cat) died of heart attack whereas the latter (dog) died due to a car accident....I'm sure you get the picture...I suck at explaining stuff...Just look at their meanings on a dictionary...

hehe....about that sequel..well, yea...I kinda agree with the animated "you-know-what"......It'd be interesting to see that.....

yea, the sight of blood is amazing....I'm sure many will agree and that includes me...Anyways, it's just me, but I think having a scar in Japanese alphabets is pretty neat....I don't know much in Japanese other than the typical "Hellos", "Thanks you-s", and "I love you-s"....I wouldn't mind having that on me...speaking of which, I wanna get a tattoo...

Oh, now I understand the 'latter' word :D You're qquite good at explaining, you know? ^^

Well, yeah, how much my LATTER (:-P) wounds have looked nice while bleeding, the scars are still on my legs and I really do need to get rid of them (not that I want to, really, but teachers...><')

AND as much 'the performance of HAOOYing made by Heero and Relena' would look interesting, I am sure that Heero would kill us if anybody would even try to look xD

:pale: I hope u have accepted my apology and will answer this when you have time... :bounce: Is it true, Heero, that girls can use both sides of their brains at once and that guys can only use on side at a time? I was told that this is why women can show their emotions better then men. I happily await your knowledgeable response!

Dear People of the World (specifically to those who smoke cigarettes),

Please tell me : how does a cigarette taste like?

Please?

This question is much more serious than you think. See, it's for my friend who's writing a story. If my friend doesn't find out how cigarettes taste, she says she's gonna try one for herself. Actually, she almost did, but she changed her mind and we managed to throw it away. But now she wants to REALLY try it, cause she has to finish that story, and now I'm scared that if she tries once, she's going to be hooked FOREVER.

So, help, please?

I don't smoke but your friend's rationality about smoking seems a bit juvenile...try out a cigarette for a story?....just search it on the net and I'm sure you'd find blogs and articles on that stuff anywhere....you can even check out sites that encourage people to quite smoking..there might be some testimonials there that can be useful...check out www.stupid.ca ...there might be stuff there that can be of use...

but really.. for the heck of it..if she really wants to try it, no matter how lame the reason, then just let her.......I'm not an expert but I don't think that nicotine works the same way as heroine wherein one shot in the arm can hook you up to the drug forever.......

Plus, it's just a cigarette..try not to make such a big fuss about it.....'cz getting negative attention for wanting to try smoking might get her into "rebel" mode and encourage her even more....

But as a friend, do 'remind' her that smoking is BAD.... :-P ...lol...If she finds dark gums, yellow teeth, dark lips, stinky breath, wrinkled skin aka premature aging, damaged lungs, and yellowish fingernails attractive, then by all means, she can start smoking any time she wants....

Most teenagers try it out first hand to feel more of a rebel, to feel tough, to show off people who would see them smoking, "Hey, I'm underage and look what I can do! You ain't gonna stop me!" ...or it could be due to peer pressure or simply out of darn stupid curiosity....but hey, each to his own...

and then, there are those who are already addicted and wants to quit but find it difficult...I kinda sympathize with them...but HELLO! They knew the risks even before they started it but they chose to, anyways...and now, they're hooked up.....ignorance doesn't absolve you from taking responsibility of your actions...there's always a way to find out information...

so, tell your friend...make up her mind...16 years old is old enough to know what is right and wrong -- not necessarily for the "good of mankind" but what you think is good for YOU....trust your instincts and be SMART about it...

and for the story, she can get info without having to try it out for herself..It's not like she's writing to win a Pulitzer Prize just yet, right?
