Ya know, I've read quite a few TB x DC fics, and they really don't gross me out. A canon fic I remember took inspiration from that moment on Libra when Dorothy goes nuts and stabs Quatre, but then Trowa enters *ta da!* and tells her something that effectively snaps her out of it. The twist is that her savior was Trowa, not Quatre, and the author took it from there. Wish I could remember the name, it was actually exceptionally good.
But not nearly as amazing as this fic. IMHO, this fic is the peak of all echelons in existence. I utterly adore it. I have many mental squee sessions over this fic. I really, really, really, really hope it hasn't been abandoned. Even if life prevents updates in the near future, I pray it's not left to the wolves!!!!
And back to the topic at hand, I don't think TB x DC would shock me all that much. The only sad thing is that Dorothy seems to be affected by Quatre on a level deeper than sex, even if she's not aware of that yet. And AGAIN, if Dorothy and Quatre eventually fall for each other, that leaves Trowa with the proverbial shaft.
