i have seen the inuyasha movie trailers i have downloaded them there is 3 movie trailers that is all i have found

*SIGHS* I haven't seen ANY of the movies, darn it. I'm so Inuyasha-deprived.
I was reading in some magazine in Walmart.. [yeah..I was SUPPOSED to be looking for some kind of milk... but I, uh, accidentally found myself at the magazines section. Yeah.] I think it was "Anime Insider" and there was a short article about the first Inuyasha movie being released in the US.. It said that it might even be released in theaters.. wooow.. ^^
At any rate, I'm buying the DVD when it comes out! ^.^ [which it will. Eventually. Right?]

In December in Japan there's gonna be a fourth IY movie...And it's after the anime ENDS in September somewhere abouts!... >> << And all I can do is sit and wonder, isn't that taking it a bit to far? x.x

Okay, so is it for sure now that the series is going to completely end in September? Or there abouts? Granted, I haven't really had the chance to glance at the manga, but I hear that the manga is still very far ahead and there are tons of loose ends. How in HEAVEN'S NAME are they going to finish the anime up by SEPTEMBER?!?! It saddens me that the anime and the manga (which I don't even read!) will more than likely have diametrically opposed endings, or at least different endings...*sniff*. I don't want the two to be AU or weird!!! Sigh...but it's true too that IY seems like the show that never ends, and those poor kids keep getting the short end of the stick. Hopefully it will end on a positive note, but I'm still depressed!!!
Does anyone have a clue as to the ending? When it is? What it could be? Any conjectures?

Ice Princess- the manga ends this summer. ::nods:: She's nearing the end of it really soon. Next two books I'd say. That's how they can end the anime somewhere around September. And you're right-they probably will have different endings...>> Wonder which will be better?

Bet'cha it goes like this: anime ends before actual last chapter of the manga on an indeterminate note (although most of the story will be resolved). Manga last chapter gets published say, two days later. The pulishing scheduale over there is incredibly tight with a seventeen-page chapter out on the newsstands every Wednesday unless it's a holiday week. Then it's a preceeding double issue.
That way it's a guaranteed audience for the fourth movie to tie up those dangling loose ends. Money rules!!!!!!

Damn, Noko...that thought sounds like a winner to me. You all are so very right, it's all about money, but it's true that there would be no point in seeing the fourth movie if the anime ended all nicey-nicey. It would be a very smart move, and actually, I think an ending on the big screen (though not here in the US, of course...*sigh*) would be that much more spectacular. That shut me up. I'm back to being content! Gracias!
