Sexual harassment I will agree to. Rape, no. Your court system must have a far more liberal interpretation of rape than mine does, and I speak from (rather bitter) personal experience. He choose to have sex with her. When it came time to do the deed he was free of any bindings and she gave him the chance to back out. He didn't. He consented.Tumbleweed wrote:I hate to break it to you, but even in the most optomistic view of the happening in Heero's office, that still wouldn't hold up in court. Technically speaking it was sexual harrassment, easily rape, the first time Heero said no. Don't worry though, what this turned into a whole lot more intresting then a three chapter excuse for Relena to get... satisfaction.
And the original 3 part incarnation was rather different than this, in that at no point did Heero's insecurities enter into it. Everything was meant to end happily with no conflict. But let's be honest, that would have been boring.
I thank you for your concern, but you don't need to worry too much. There will be communication (in the next chapter actually). I mentioned earlier that Relena and Wufei have different approaches to resolving the problem. Relena wants to talk things out, and she will. That's always been the way she does things, by discussion. Wufei favors action. Which is a mistake in this situation, yes. And it will be a mistake when he does it.Personally, as it stands, I feel that getting Heero jealous is a very bad idea; the only thing that could make this situation better is communication. I know it's a popular plot device right now but in this particular situation, if I were in Heero's shoes, I would feel a lot more hurt and used then I would feel jealous of WuFei; that's just me.
I'm glad you're enjoying it. And though we obviously disagree on some points and likely will never agree, I hope you continue to enjoy it.Anyway, before this becomes too much of a rant, I just wanted to congradualate you, Smarty Cat, on setting up an excellent and intriguing storyline.
