What exactly "-han" means or symbolizes??? Anyone knows?

Sometimes people in Japan make up their own expressions, like Sakura of CCS's "Hanyaan!" and "Ho-e?", which are words with no meaning, just something she likes to say. I'm sorry, cause I really don't know Love Hina that much... :-?
