Rose has recently been to Anime North, and just got back Monday night. She also has had people screaming bloody murder for some of her fic chapters, and just finally semi caught up this month. She also beta reads, etc. She tried to, at one point, give away her turn, but was turned down.
SO! That means waiting.
I'm very sorry for the wait. I will TRY to go figure out where the heck we are in the story so I can maybe do something this weekend. I also promised to start the GW/LOTR crossover round robin, and have been trying to get contest stuff together, and want to introduce a new feature, but it relies solely on me, so I have to get the first chapter completed in order to start it. I also has 2 MLs that I've been neglecting, a husband, I do costuming for conventions, and in-laws that don't ever butt out of my LIFE! I haven't updated Stefy's gallery. I have a guest (MEL!!!) at my house, owe Loyce some burned cds, and the beta'ed version of her fic, Stella's betareading to do, Love's Labours editing (and it needs some serious editing), and a fic for a 1xR/6x9 webzine with a deadline coming up.
I am not a person who ever LACKS things to do. Which is GOOD, but it's frustrating at times, too. Because I never seem to be able to complete any one particular thing completely.

Hi folks! Mel here... Okay, due to the fact that Rose is a little bogged under at the moment (so what's new.. tsks... workaholic), we decided to do a little switcheroo and trade places.
So without further ado... the next installment...

Relena glared at Wufei, waiting to hear what possible explanation he could have. She pretended to ignore the small gawking crowd that has beginning to gather. The moment he opened his mouth and began to sputter his normal vocabulary of Injustice and weakness, she interupted him.
"You know what? Shut up. I've changed my mind. I don't care. Just get in the damned car and take me home."
Stepping around the two mouthing agents, Relena yanked open the car door and slid onto the backseat. Seeing Heero move to follow her, she turned on him.
"Don't you dare get in this vehicle, Heero Yuy."
Heero glared at her. "Relena..."
"Don't 'Relena' me, Heero. I need some time out... You invaded my privacy, embarass me in public and then think you can order me around like you're my, my, BROTHER. I'm tired of all the games. Walk home Heero."
If she hadn't been so angry, she probably would have gained some satisfation from the amazed expression on Heero's face as she slammed the door shut.

Wufei smirked at Heero, but only briefly as it was wiped off his face by the patented Yuy deathglare. Coughing, he moved quickly to escort the Vice Foreign Minister home.
Heero watched as the limo moved away from the curb, his hands shoved into his pockets. What was it about Relena that always made him lose control?
Heero would have been shocked by her behaviour, if it weren't for the fact that the insane woman had long since passed the point of being shocking. Afterall... anyone capable of inflicting him with permanent sexual frustration, seducing him in the back seat of a limo and then nonchalantly walking into a meeting wearing no underwear, was perfectly capable of aiming a loaded gun at him. He should have been grateful she didn't blow his head off. Or any other part of his anatomy for that matter.
His index finger brushed against the scrap of silk that was still secreted away in his pocket. He really should give them back to her. Maybe. Dammit... this was NOT the way things were supposed to work out.
He needed a new plan of action.
