Cooking's not my territory, that's Relena's job. Not because she's the woman, but because I struggle to boil pasta... seriously... I've burned myself quite a few times.

 Ooh, been there done that. Over-boiled Campbell's Soup several times too. And it was the tin canned-kind. *sighs* I hate cooking, but thanks everybody for your contributions. At least I don't feel like such an klutz for not knowing how to 'julienne' carrots and such. (egads!)

I guess there's just one thing left to do...

8) Call in the calvalry. Relatives, aunts, cousins, [future] mother-in-laws...

And yes Heero, he asked. :bounce: :-P    :D *_*

Actually, after strenous exercise, you shouldn't sit down immediately. Walk around a few minutes. You're not supposed to take a shower either. We had a 15-minute run on our gym yesterday (I got 20 laps! :D ) , and when everyone was sitting down on the benches, my teacher and the varsity players were telling everyone to get up if they don't wanna die  . Adn they said it SERIOUSLY, not just some joke. I'm gonna ask them what happens if you do. But about sore muscles...do what the other BI people say. And have some light exercise too, so that your muscles don't cramp.

As for the cooking thing...well, I don't know how to cook either. Just scrambled eggs and pancakes and canned food. I cooked soup once, but with my dad. Do instant noodles count? I guess you should call the help of other people...or buy self help books, I guess...

Gotta study for final exams now! Wish me luck please! :D

For workouts there is a couple of concerns, for your muscles you want to lightly stretch them afterwards to prevent injury. Additionally it's good to bring your breathing and heart rate down gradually, it prevents things like collapsing on the ground and your eyes rolling back into your head...

As for cooking, I cook so I'll offer a few pointers.

Breakfast is the easiest thing to make, hands down. Go to Cracker Barrel if they have one near, buy their bacon (raw) put it in a microwave covered on either side by a paper towel (up to 4 pieces at a time) for 2:30-3min. There you have the bacon.

Add blueberry muffins just by getting one of the add 1 egg and 1 cup of water things.

Eggs are fairly simple, adding a little Milk and or Cheese helps the flavor for some people.

French Toast, take a couple eggs, add milk and scramble them in a large flat bowl, dip one side of the piece of bread into it then the other, lightly sprinkle the upside with cinnamon&sugar (just use one of the premixed things rather then doing it yourself) and cook that side first (and sprinkle the other) It's very quick to make.

For other meals, use a George Foreman grill, It's very useful for Pork, Chicken, and Hamburgers.

Um... I can make only toasts :-P Can't help you :-?

Have you ever been on a kendo training?
You have to shout, run a lot, hit with your quite heavy shinai/bokken "sword" and do all that things very qiuck, with loud shout and do that multiple times on one breath! Sometimes I'm wondering if piloting a Gundam takes less energy! Kendo is really hard sport, ya know. Especially when you have to do that all things (look above) in armor and in thick keikoga (shirt)+ hakama trousers (something like samurais wore when they were in civil)! Sweat is dripping from you like a waterfal!

But thanks for advice. I wasn't sitting after trainig and I calmed down my breath while changing clothes  I slept 6h this night... I'll consider about taking long hot bath (I took short shower after trainig  ) But sleep is good too..*yawn*

Heero can you ask Relena what songs did she sing on all Operation CDs? Oh and aks her if she sang "Can't Stop Love", please. I'm not shure is Relena sining that song or that Lady from TWO MIX.. <-- TWO MIX RULES!!! 8) 8)

So he ended up asking you after all?

How did you react? And are you comfortable with it?

Relena's not around rightnow, but when she gets back I'll ask her.

And although I can't cook, I can make one hell of a peanut butter & Jelly sandwich.

:salute: Hey Heero, (this is probably a stupid question) when you asked Duo to hit you and he said he'll give you his 'best' punch, well was it the 'best' punch?
I think he could of done better but he could've held back 'cause he regards you as a buddy but it seems your punch is better since you knocked him out :-P

Heh... he punched like a girl. And althgouh I really should have held back, it was my moment to finally hit him after all this time... and I even got his permission to do it. It's a win win situaton.
