I am a firm believer in happy endings, however contrived that may be. ^_^ I think marriage can, indeed, be that good, if you're with your perfect match. But this is coming from a girl who's been engaged once already and is close to getting engaged to someone else... o_O So maybe I'm a little bit in love with love? Hehe...

It?s times like these when I wish I still carried a gun,Heero lamented to himself.
Very cute story! I loved it! So ordinary, yet so Heero & Relena.

That is indeed telling of what my married life is going to be like :) it's exciting to look forward to! Thank you for reminding me

Awww, miz_lou, you're engaged? ^_^ I'm practically married myself, hehehe. Actually, this story is loosely based on how my boyfriend and I act when we go shopping, except he usually has to steer me away from hand bags and anything pink.

So, when are you getting married?!? :bounce:

lol!

I've been engaged since New Year's  but we so act like husband and wife that my mother just asks me now "How's your husband doing?" lol

My fiance and I actually met through BI! He's WingZero2118 and he has a story here... somewheres. This is the beginning of the story of how we met here: http://blissfulignorance.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=8653
I've not yet had the courage to finish typing it...
*remembers she must edit her signature upon penalty of death*

My fiance and I are always playing fun and silly antics. Mostly da mafia knows about them (a group loosely formed here at BI and continuing now on LiveJournal). I am seriously thinking of writing a wedding planning story with Heero and Relena based on my fiance and I. Much the same structure as yours. Hehe. But I become extremely shy about posting stories.

Loving the pink! XD

Our date is 19 May 2007. :D When's yours!?

I just read said story and thought it was just about the cutest thing I've ever read in my life. ^.^ I've written stories about how my boyfriend I got together, as well... In fact, I touched on it in my introduction to this forum. Some probably find it annoying, my gushing about my bf and the fact that he's my "real-life Heero," but he's so much a part of me that I can't hide it. As a writer I'm naturally a bit of an exhibitionist, so I have to try not to overshare. That's why telling our story through Heero and Relena is such a great outlet... 99% of the conversations of theirs that I write are based on things that Zack and I have dealt with. Except, we don't live together or anything and have never actually shopped for curtains... But I need some for my apartment, so that could happen in the very near future!

?Ooh, Heero! Look at this!? She cried more than once.

?Yeah, hun, that?s great. Whatever.? Heero never bothered to actually look; he could barely see over the mound of bags he carried
*cackles* haHA! love that scene!

You have a talent for wit and humour. Keep it up.

I agree...become bored more often. LOL

Cheers!

Die curtains!! You women will never understand the pain and torture men really endure when you take us shopping with you. The horror. We become personal pack animals. Judges in an event were any answer no matter how sincere is always wrong or waved off as lies. Then the final blow to any guys manhood. Holding the purse. It doesn't matter if most of the guys paycheck is held in that overpriced pouch. It is a symbol of defeat. A beacon to all other men signaling "Beware! This will soon be your fate!!"

I believe I do understand your plight, which is why I wrote a story about it. :-P Silly men. How do you think we women feel about having to drag your unwilling carcasses around just because we need to purchase a few necessities? ^.^
