AHHH! I haven't been here forever~ I tried writting a FMP fic... and I died half way through the first paragraph... I guess because it truely takes skill to write Sosuke so accuratly... I feel... almost... intimidated by the great writers that post here! >_<... I know it's stupid but if I post, I would only post the best of the best so that my pen-name isn't stained by one bad fic... *shrugs* that's just me though...

Hey, I know what you mean! I wouldn't want to write a half-baked fanfic after all the great ones that've been out here. Every time I think about writing one I always lose my nerve, especially since Sousuke requires so much military babble and all that - and I'm not really comfortable with it! But I think I'd still like to try my hand at it... if only just to liven up the forum
Second Raid, out?! I read that it wouldn't be out until 2005! Maybe Perfect Soldier meant Fumoffu... I thought those were well done, and they were produced by Kyoto Animation as well. In fact... (some people might hurt me) but I liked Fumoffu better than the original FMP! It was just so nice and light, with those romantic overtones.. Not to say I didn't like FMP itself
Why do I always type so much?

I really want to see Fumoffu....I just can't download it anywhere! I love the mix of action and humour in FMP!

dont be discouraged on writting Fics. You write fics because its fun. If the fic dies get a difibulator and revive it

. Just keep writting even though in your opinion its crappy hey you don't know it might be a hit. Cause people like me love reading fics so write something pls

Something else to consider, especially if you feel intimidated about or are
finding it difficult to start a fic is a 'groupfic' idea, where everyone
contributes a small part of the action and keeps going and going from there.
dd started
this one and it's actually turned out quite successfully so far.
// regards his own fic that's been on hiatus for nearly a year now
