I just copy from word and paste into here. Italics and bold and stuff won't be saved and you'll have to add the tags... but that's what I do at least.

If my fic doesn't have a pairing where does it go? Well...it doesn't really have a GW pairing....but it's a GW story...it's basically a fic about Heero and his daughter...Rellie's in there, but it's not like it has too many 1R moments.. :-? Oh and I have one just about Duo...I don't think I put ANY pairings in this one...

I used to read Fan fic a lot... but then school got in the way and I dropped off the face of the planet for a while and now I'm back trying to read the stories again....

Some of the stories have little download things next to the chapter number, but when I click the download button noting happens..... what am I doing wrong????

It goes in the Believe Your Love section. Originally, we had a no-pairing section on the Believe Your Love website, so that forum inherits all fics that would have gone there.

You'll have to give me a few more specifics. If you're using Windows XP with service pack 2, you'll have to enable popups for this site, and/or go to the top of the page and enable the download when you click on the download link. Let me know:

-Which specific topic/post you're trying to view (a link would work);
-which Operating system is on your pc
-which browser you're using
-the error you're getting, or specifically what happens (if nothing happens, tell me that, too)

I'm using windows XP professional with service pack 2 and microsoft internet explorer. None of the posts that I have tried viewing (most recently I've been trying to read Vignette by Angel of Death) that have the little download thingy will let me see them, even though I told the pop up blocker to allow popups for this site. When I click the button the progress bar at the bottom of the page loads up like the site is loading a new page but then nothing happens, no pop ups, no bar at the top of the screen, no new page, no messages... nothing. It's almost like the site is mocking me by making me think I can see the post... but then I can't. :-? :evil:

Well, when I click on the download thingy, it opens in my current window. Have you tried right-clicking perhaps and saving it?

O_o

hm I'm not sure, a)I don't use internet explorer, b)I don't have sp2

But I just loaded it up with i.e. without any trouble, clicking the word download should bring up your browsers download popup, which shouldn't be effected by a popup blocker. If that fails try right-clicking the word download and choose "save link target as"

If that doesn't work.

I finally got it to downlaod by saving target as... I never even thought of doing that. Thanks for all your help peoples
