If you like shoujo, I highly suggest http://www.shoujomagic.org for it. They a lot of mangas from sweet romances to some very smuty mangas. Anyway, I hope you find what you're looking for! ^__^

People should really learn how to use IRC, since that's the hub of all Scanlation groups, and it's easier to find manga there than anywhere.
A lot of people have the misconception that it's hard to use, but if you can sign up to a messageboard/mailng list, and make threads, post, etc... I'm sure you can use it.
