~sigh~ I want to find someone with kirby's voice...hehehe, gotta love it. I love how this topic went from all voice actor(ess)[e]s to all about kirby. hahaha :razz:

The only problem with dating a guy with Kirby's voice is that I'd probably wind up calling him either "Trowa" or "Hentai", depending. First, he'd probably be baffled as to who Trowa is, and wouldn't understand the insult with the second. I don't know what would be more embarrassing, if he knew who I was referring to or not.
I wonder if Kirby ever gets called Trowa.

Oh I must say that the voice of Inu Yasha is much more enjoyable in english. It's really perfect (Heero agrees too...and then I put dog ears on him) As for Kagome's voice...ugh...japanese please! She sounds too sugary in english. And the fact that it's the same voice as the girl on Hamutaro freaks me out more than a bit.
Sango's voice seems very well cast in english, Miroku's is good too. Sesshomaru's fits him very well...and Kaede! Hers is perfect.
As for the Kirara thing...Japanese does not contain a real R or L, just a combo of the two, ら or RA, which is actually closer to L than R, so the way americans say it isn't that bad, because it's the best they can do to mimic the sound of ら。

Just wondering... my younger bro is trying to convince me that Kirby is also the voice for Bit Cloud in Zoids... I've never watched the show, so I wouldn't know...
But Kirby does Van Fanel!!! No wonder I love him!
- Oh, and I have to agree on Sesshy/Naraku. I almost wish that the American actors had switched voices...

Well, Subject change time. I just now realized that the English voices of Naraku and Myouga are the same guy. Just thought to share my thought. So...yeah...

Ah, Kirby Morrow...also the voice of Van Fanel in Escaflowne, correct? Van, Trowa, Miroku..three completely different characters, but all three oh, so fine! That Kirby's got quite the range. I heart him!
dont forget, kirby also does the voice for scott summers, on x-men evolution!
OMG I wish he waas my man so I could have all the fine boys at my diposal although I wouldn't dispose of them for anything

Naraku and Myouga is the same guy!!!!?!?!?!?!? WHAT?!?!?!? I'm trying to picture an evil Myouga attempting to carry off an unconscious Kikyo....wouldn't go very far now would they?

nope, kirby isnt the voice of bit cloud, its actually the guy that does inuyasha's english voice if im not mistaken.

Kirby Morrow does an excellent job as Miroku. And of course Trowa. ^__^ And y'know, not only is his voice wonderful, but Kirby is pretty easy on the eyes too.
Inu Yasha's English VA does a nice job, as does Sango's, Sesshomaru's, and Naraku's. The fact that Naraku's VA is that of Myouga is proof of talent in my opinion. Kagome's English VA is just a bit too squeally for me. She needs to tone it down...a lot. I understand that it's a grown woman portraying a teenager but not all teenagers sound like that! That's why I never really found the GW English VA's too be too mature. Most teenagers I know sound like that. Not as good looking of course but they sound just as nice.
I haven't really been able to hear all the Japanese VA's so I won't comment on those.
If ever in need of knowing who voices who, Beck is pretty knowledgable in that department. She likes to play the Who Voices Who game. ^_^
