Actually, I think Dorothy and Heero have very similar personalities, not in that obvious ways, of course. Somehow though, I think they have their own ways of being manipulative and cunning. I think Dorothy would bring out the tantric sex God in Heero. Almost like a love/hate/lust relationship.
