to Raspberry:
Hurting yourself during training is something that happens, naturally. The one thing I advise you to NOT consider are pain killers. They mess your system up and the after effects later on aren't that good.
I suggest sleeping to deal with it, your body not only heals faster but the pain will be forgotten in the bliss of sleep. Or you could try boring yourself to forget the pain. Numbing it is also another way to do that.

I don't know alot about round robins -I've never done one, but I think you start a story off and leave it open for people to continue like they take it in turns.

LOL. I never had pain killers but somewhere in my mind, I knew pain killers had bad after effects afterwards. LOL. That's why I concertate on pushing the pain away or just sleeping.
