Hmm...
It is common knowledge that most birth control pills come with a weeks worth of fake pills. Go ahead and agree to his requests and just throw away a pill everyday. And to trick him into making you think you are taking them, just take the fake pills in front of him.

But a key flaw in this might be the discovery of the pills. So make sure you properly dispose of them. A toilet is the perfect disposal unit.

The biggest flaw would be if you got pregnant... so try to watch out for that.

Heero, what do u do when u meet a female having PMS? And if u can't get out of meeting/situation/etc.? And what do u think the others (2, 3, 4, 5, Treize, Zechs) handle the same situation?

Leia, just from a health professional's standpoint, there are several options. If this was a true case, and not a hypothetical situation. Thanks to HIPAA, the guidelines for information that can be shared have become more strict. Anyone over the age of 12, in dealing with sexual matters, has the right to total privacy, and parents CANNOT find out, unless you release the info to them. That being said, you must see a health care provider in order to get a prescription for birth control pills. Voice your concerns to the doctor - more than likely they can give you a prescription for a placebo, or (and this will cause a fight) inform your father that you do not wish to have the medication (and it is considered that) and he/she cannot go against your wishes. If you are old enough to be worrying about birth control, you have the right to make that decision, and no doctor worth their salt will write that prescription. There is a shot form - but again, only a doctor can administer that, and if you say no, they have to abide by your wishes.

Again, just to emphasize, you do have the right to say no, and once you say that, it doesn't matter how much your father rants and raves, the medical community must respect your wishes.

Sorry Heero, I know this is your column, but I'm currently working with a nurse in a family planning program. And while this might have been hypothetical, it is something I feel strongly about. And on that note, if anyone does have any medical questions, feel free to ask. ^_^

And as for bookworm's question, "what do u do when u meet a female having PMS" I would treat her no differant than I would treat her any other time. If she is having mood swings and is gripey, I would just ignore it. As for the others, Quatre would sympathise with her, Wufei would degrade her, Trowa won't react, Duo would hit on her, and Treize would just continue rotting becuase he is dead. And I refuse to speak about the other pilot. We don't have a great track record.
