Water dripped steadily in tune with a heartbeat.

Wet blonde hair. Pale grey skin. Blue lips.

Moisture trailing down closed lids, denying him the satisfaction of seeing her pain.

A figure watched over her, crying cold tears. One thought alone pounded inside his head like a maniacal mantra as the cold blade bled crimson.

When he had forced the knife against flesh and muscle to the heart beneath, she had left a parting gift for him, the sound of HIS name on her lips.

Green shadowed with sorrow. Even in the throes of death, Relena thought only of another. He had known that killing her heart was the only way to stop her from loving. If he could not have her, neither could Heero. He turned the tap on the shower and watched as clear liquid drained crimson down the drain.

Miaka: :roll: And...there she goes.

Rose: :-?

MBF: :pale: Uh oh...we ran out of fluff tranquilizers. RUN!!!

Oh dear. Please don't tell me that was Trowa. I think I'm going to be scared for life. Why must you be so good at angst? Depressing is one thing, but this...It's really frightening. :eek: You write wonderfully, but it's kinda unnerving how one person can be so cruel to this poor characters. Haven't they suffered enough?

I think we need to try something new with her, heart candies,
love potion #9, The Bridges of Madison County. Actually, maybe not, that doesn't have a very happy ending either. A Barney marathon, perhaps? That might work. ::sings:: "I love you, you love me, we need to get her to write fluffy..."

That was good, but angsty as always. I still loved it, even if it was sad. You truly are the Queen of Angst. You are also one of the few angst writer's I will actually read and enjoy. Good job! :D :wink: By the way, I tool that quiz thingy, and I'm Hope. Interesting. I wasn't expecting that. Toodles! :salute:

Absolutely and utterly depressing, but so well written! I am amazed at everything you can capture in a mere slightly-more-than-120-words. Too bad you use your powers for EVIL! Just kidding. It was depressing, but really beautifully done. That said, I'm going to curl up under my desk and cry.
