I remember a long time ago stumbling upon a website made by the staff that came up with Escaflowne. It didn't have a map, but it had really precise descriptions of places of everything. I'm sorry I can't remember the site's name or url, I simply remember it was perfect for information and had a red and gold color scheme. Sorry!

I think so, that looks right. It was under Story>>Atlas where it gave a listing of all the countries with locations. But other than that, I know of no place that gives any detailed info on country locations.
