Judgement (drabble)

Had this thought in the middle of english. Read to find out my reaction...

In front of me were people. Some in grey, ssome black, some white. To my sides, to my front were all people. Behind me as nothing but a bare wall. I could grip nothing. I could only stand andtake each shattering breath as it comes.

There was one man in particular i was very wary of. He had signs of age in his hair and under his eyes and worse spectacles that made him seem smarter than I'm sure he actually is.

Relena.

She was there standing by the door. How could she do this to me? How could she make me go through this?

The room was so silent. Everyone just stared at me, like theywere enjoying my torture. They didn't need to say anything. Their eyes said it all.

I could feel their eyes draw out what they wanted from me. I could feel the words threatening to leave my mouth.

I would not. Not for them!

But then, I saw Relena's eyes. They were not anticipating like the men's in front of me.

She knew i was defeated.

So. That's it then. I raised my head from it's defeated lull, and took a breath that I know would be my last as the person I knew myself to be.

The eyes all caught a glimmer of light. They were loving it.

"My n..."

I...could I do it? I held my breath, not wanting to let it go.

Relena...

"My name..."

Relena. She didn't want to see my like this. She's not like that. As soon as this was all over, things would go forward. But it's so hard...

I retook my breath, and looking at her, not at the others in that sinister, judgemental arch around me, and spoke true.

"MY NAME IS HEERO YUY AND I AM AN ALCOHOLIC, DAMMIT!"

^^;; You seem to celebrate alot of things we don't. we do in a way, for the sake of the irishmen around us since the northeners are part of the kingdom but we dont make a big fuss over it. we just wear green.

hah!..that was nice!.. I thought it was gonna be some serious fic with Heero being on trial for something....nice twist!...and the ending is hilarious!

Btw, it's also a nice, subtle way to 'celebrate' St. Patrick's Day....green and drunk --> ditto

hehe. that was the point ^^

And the nature of the fic is like nothign ive ever done before. therefore it is safe to say i was not in my right state of mind when i wrote it
