Signature Images

Just remember, Rose does not want large signature images. Around here, it really isn't about the images in your sig that make who are, but either the phrases used (look at Adaon's "Don't get stuck on stupid" which is brilliant) or just your reputation over time.

That's true, and I have no problem with not putting an image in my sig, but the problem I'm having is that for some reason, I can't see the image, but Adaon just says s/he could, so its a problem with my browser or my settings aren't allowing for this site to show the images, something...and the same thing happened with another forum I'm in, so I have no idea what's wrong. (And I'm a little paranoid when it comes to these little things, because for the past two years I've been plagued with computer/internet problems... Ah, well. I've made a last-ditch effort to having an image in my sig by making it smaller, if it doesn't show then I'll toss the whole thing. XD)

I can see your signature image too though. So Adaon (he) isn't the only one that can see it. I'm not sure what to do about you not being able to see it unless you check your browser settings. What browser are you using and can you see other people's images?

But there are some avatars from other members that I've never seen for as long as they've been members here.

Also, sometimes when you leave your computer on for a long period of time (or at least with mine) then after awhile it won't allow you to view any images at all until you either restart it or close your current browser's window and reopen it.

So...everyone can see it but me, eh? Darn. And I just restarted my computer this morning, and I still can't see it, so...I don't know. It's okay, just another case of computer-user love/hate relationship I seem to have going *eyeroll*.

So, since it seems like I'm the only one who can see it, should I just leave it as is, or should I ditch the image idea altogether and go with Plan B of links+quote?

[edit] Okay, never mind, the not-being-able-to-see-my-own-darn-image thing is bugging me...I'm getting rid of it. Bleargh. :evil: :x
